Hotek is really old the food wasn’t great and I wouldn’t recommend it if you have children as well

One of my favourite hotels in Santo Domingo. Perfect for location and if you don't want to spend 3 figures a night for a 5 star hotel. Renovated a few years ago, the rooms and decor are exceptional. The hallway can be noisy but that's due to the construction of the building as it does have some history. Breakfast is a combination of hot and cold and is served on the rooftop. Once again, staff are very helpful and attentive and I couldn't fault them for anything. Reception is always friendly and helpful. All rooms have a minibar and a safe but if the prices are a little steep then theres a National store in El Conde where you can buy all your needs at local prices. Your 5 minutes walk away from the centre of ”El Conde” or ”Zona Colonial” where there's quite a few US food chains such as Domino's and KFC as well as a lot of boutique shops where you can find something to your liking. Highly recommended 3/4* hotel with 5* service

The hotel's soundproofing is average. Living on the fifth floor, you can hear people talking loudly downstairs. The internet is poor, and what's uncomfortable is that the charging plug is not at the bedside! ! ! But the hotel's breakfast is great, with everything you need. I hope the room facilities can be improved, as they are a bit too old.

This hotel was specially booked. The hotel has a long history and a good location. The deluxe bed booked this time, the front desk service is very warm, and the scenery outside the window is the most attractive to us. It is beautiful. Apart from the hotel's convenient location and the somewhat distinctive public areas, there is little to recommend it. The room facilities, in particular, are quite dated—and even in a state of disrepair.

The most recommended is the bed. Very soft, lying in the feeling of being wrapped, sleeping with a mask. The room is large and the location by the door is very quiet. The environment is good and birds are often heard. In a thunderstorm, goodbye to the rain. Is this two seasons a day? Easy to take a taxi. Convenient to travel. Recommended stay.

The new hotel hardware facilities are very good in the Dormy. The front desk and other service staff are very friendly. The hotel is relatively new. The room is still somewhat decorated.

The client knew I was staying here and told me it was a very old hotel, but you could tell from the sofa and layout of the room that it was nice. First, the pros: clean, good location, a Lanzhou noodle shop is a 6-minute walk away, and it's also close to 77's BBQ. Cons: the minibar was empty, the water wasn't changed daily, and most unacceptably, there's a bar downstairs that starts partying every night at 2 pm. I happened to be on a business trip and was in meetings with headquarters, so I was sleeping past 2 am. At that time, the music started getting really loud, and the bass was transmitted through the walls, bed frame, and bone conduction to my ears, making it impossible to sleep. I slept with noise-canceling headphones for three days, and the music didn't stop until 6 pm because I woke up several times and checked the time many times… So, avoid it! The breakfast was mediocre; there was no egg stand, just cold dishes, and the coffee was terrible.
