Great location, very close to old town. The room is very clean and modern with Aircon. The breakfast was delicious with wide varieties, including the British classics and local specialities. My booking included access to the water park, it was amazing, never had such a great holiday, definitely recommend coming back again.

A nice basic hotel with a clean room. Normal speaking voices from the neighboring room could be clearly heard through the wall. The spa had nice saunas, and the location was suitable for those who enjoy walking.

Great location just outside the old town with restaurants, bars, convenience store at your doorstep. Supermarket nearby. Short walk to all the old town sites. Spa and sauna very clean and good choices (4 saunas only 2 were open when we went). Room good size, breakfast good selection and open till 11am.

My time at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. I was initially hesitant to book, even after seeing the high ratings, but I'm so glad I went ahead with it. It turned out to be the best hotel stay ever! The staff's amazing hospitality, the hotel's ambiance, and its excellent location were all top-notch. I also added breakfast, which was delicious and something I highly recommend. The spa was an additional treat and provided a truly blissful experience. This is one of those hotels I'd love to stay at again someday – it was just that good.

A truly pleasant hotel, especially the spacious and well-equipped spa, perfect for relaxing after a day in Tallinn. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of choice and good-quality products. The location is convenient, close to the port and just a few minutes' walk from the old town. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a property I would definitely recommend.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just 600m from the Old Town's Viru Gate. It's incredibly convenient for exploring nearby attractions and dining. The room offers breathtaking views from its high-floor location and is wonderfully quiet.

You can't really have any major complaints, as the brand certainly delivers. The rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. Impeccable cleanliness. The breakfasts are varied and very good. Its location, halfway between the airport, the coast, and the Old Town, makes the hotel truly versatile, and everyone should find it convenient. My only reservation is the policy of charging for bottled water in the rooms. I think there shouldn't be a charge for the daily complimentary set, with additional bottles being charged only after the initial ones provided at check-in are consumed. It's a minor detail, but it feels a bit out of place for a hotel of this caliber.

Superb location, very helpful staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. I will stay at this hotel on my next visit to Tallinn, which is a really great town for strolling around.

There are definitely reasons for being more expensive than anywhere else. The facilities were very tidy and nice. Breakfast is also varied and delicious. However, I didn't do that because I thought I had to provide one water every day.
