I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service.
The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms.
The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁

We are a couple and, when check-out, the hotel has charged us 80 euros extra for the other person. I told them that no one had informed me of this when I checked in, nor when I used the hotel facilities. My question is: if the hotel is designed for two people, why don't they communicate it from the beginning, either when checking in or using the facilities? If two people are hosted, then only one person's breakfast and rights are included? I asked at the reception and suggested you to improve this, inform your customers in advance next time to avoid misunderstanding. I ask you: is this how Europeans do things? Is it not necessary to inform the customer in advance? The experience, which was very pleasant at first, has now been completely ruined. I will never come again.

MMaixiangxiangThis is a small town, we stayed here on the way to Madrid by car, this is the best hotel in the local area, fully equipped, beautiful environment, friendly staff, free parking in the yard, the price is very suitable. Because it is a small town, the occupancy rate of the hotel is very low. Surrounded by parks and residential areas, supermarkets and eating prices are also affordable, but the health situation is general, the hotel elevator has a strange smell, and there are flies in the place to eat outside. Wake up in the morning, there were three flies in the house, and I don't know how to come in.
