"Hotel was 10 minutes in taxi from main centre. Which we walked a few times 20 minutes walk , beaches were fantastic so clean and had a few bars along it which self food and drink , the hotel was decent , only thing was breakfast time takes were not cleaned a lot of time and was food on floor at times which should have been cleaned up , ppl at front desk were helpful and nice , it was august time so a lot of Spanish come down to guerdemar for their holiday which was really busy in the whole had a lovely time"

Although this hotel doesn't have a very high score, it's still quite good in all aspects and is very suitable for business trips. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, so it's worth recommending.

Albert CKThe first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia.
The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

Stayed end of August with my mum and my sister for a few nights. First impressions the hotel is impressive, one of the nicest looking in the area. Location is good, close enough to the beach and ***** without being on top of it.
The grounds and the pools are very nice - however pools are not heated! So even in Aug it was hard to get in!
The buffet restaurant is what you’d expect. Breakfast was good, especially the fresh bacon! Evening meals were a bit repetitive and food was lukewarm. Buffet staff were a mixed bunch. Some happy and friendly… others really don’t want to be there.
Bar staff at pool bar were always friendly. Be warned if you’re not on all inclusive the drinks at the bar are expensive. Around €24 for two vodka and cokes.
If you manage to get a cheap deal… give it a go!

Great location and reasonably priced for a four star hotel by the beach. Guests have free access to the gym and €15 (half price) access to the spa, although it’s unfortunate that you cannot get a separate pass to use only the pool- that would’ve been good. The restaurant seems overpriced, with breakfast at €22 per person so I did not try it. Very clean bedroom and bathroom and comfy bed, although the mini fridge was not cold at all (even after I changed settings) and the aircon was slow. Not soundproof at all– luckily I had earplugs but my partner didn’t and you could hear people entering and leaving their rooms from the elevator, as well as hearing everything outside the window.

Very pleased with this hotel. Location is just magical, close to the old city, and at the same time the first line of the beach. Rooms are big, there is everything necessary. Bed kingsize in fact as if 2 single beds (not a single canvas). Water pressure super, chic shower. Breakfasts are incredible, I don't know who writes negative reviews, it's outrageous. A huge choice of food, including Spanish specialties like hamon, tortilla, churros, pan kon tomato. Feed sparkling (very delicious!). In general, we liked it so much that we were extended for a day. With free parking there are difficulties, once lucky stood right at the hotel, other times found a place in 10 min walking (a huge parking).

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The pools were also very clean and were maintained regularly, which was a big plus.
However, the hotel could benefit from offering more entertainment options. It tended to feel a bit dull, especially after dinner, with not much to do on-site.
On the bright side, the location is great — it’s close to beach bars, which makes the evenings more fun. On the opposite side of the hotel, there’s also a golf area and padel court, which is a nice option for daytime activities.

IlsonwolfWhile we only had a room for one night as usual Eurostars Lucentum was right up there. We we're given a superior double room with a king-size bed, the bathroom was huge & catered for all our needs. We did not eat at this property but would 100% recommend to family and friends.

Susy CollWe had a great weekend at this hotel and of course Benidorm. Although we already knew him, he never ceases to amaze us. The hotel is very good, although we would have liked to have stayed on a higher floor with a better view. Let's see if we make it next time because I want to come back. The breakfast buffet looked very rich and varied. In short, everything is as expected and more.
