Merton Hotel
4.4/552 Reviews
The Merton apartments are really beautiful, well appointed with a high level of amenity (apart from air conditioning) and an enviable level of service from the staff. In particular our maids, Rica and Agata were extraordinarily solicitous and helpful. The apartments are just over the road from the swimming pool which is clean and beautiful and an easy walk both down to the beach and into town. If you just want to have a quiet day they are a few minutes walk from a lovely park and to great beaches. If you want to go for meals out there are loads of restaurants to choose from. However if you want to eat at the hotel the catering is, if a little expensive, very good indeed. The evening meals comprising of a range of cuisine have something for everyone and the service is second to none. If you want to self cater you will find, just down the hill and around the corner, a well stocked Coop. Be prepared to experience what must be the coldest shop in the universe. So how would I sum up staying at the Merton with the family? This was a really lovely place to be based in Jersey with all the amenities for a great holiday, especially with children..
The Royal Yacht

The service / staff are amazing here. There is a Portuguese girl on reception who is really sweet and another European girl on reception too. There is a cocktail specialist in the bar who really knows his stuff (I think he’s Indian). Staff at the breakfast in the morning are really good too! Try the oat milk latte. Big disappointments are: the single beds are uncomfortable in the twin rooms with awful pillows. The pool in the spa is a bit dirty, the lighting gives the perception that the environment is cleaner than it actually is. The breakfast has no fresh fruit, surely you can provide daily watermelon, fresh pineapple and melon etc.
Radisson Blu Waterfront Hotel, Jersey
4.3/567 Reviews
The location was fantastic with views over the Marina and the little island with the Fort. The breakfast was good and the customer service was wonderful, we got our room upgraded due to an check in error made causing a delay. We were very happy with the upgraded room. The only thing that could be improved was the Spa treatments as there was only 1 person that did the massage and he was booked out during our weekend trip. More spa treatments should be made available with more than 1 staff member. Also the lady who did nails, manicure/pedicures was also not available during the weekend.
Pomme d'Or Hotel

We had a lovely weekend break, the hotel staff were so friendly especially Haroon our housekeeper who kept our room perfectly spotless, also Manoj in the Cafe/Bar who always had a smile on his face, the hotel is right in the middle of everything so not far away from a restaurant/bar/town centre, we went on the little train that took us along the coast which was lovely and was good to listen to some of the history, My husband and I will definitely be back
The Club Hotel & Spa Jersey

The location of the hotel is very good, just a few minutes walk to the beach and sea bathing beach, can also walk to the city center, downstairs is the Michelin restaurant, very delicious. The SPA in the hotel is co-branded with the website of a beauty and skin care brand. It is necessary to make an appointment one day in advance. After experiencing it, it is very relaxing and relaxing. There is a bus stop next to it, so it's very convenient to go to the zoo.
Hotel de France

We stayed at this hotel from 7 August for 3 nights as a family of 4. Really lovely hotel, we had two spacious rooms which were interconnecting. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool, there's a cold water pool to use, if you brave enough. We walked to St Helier High Street every day which was about a 15-minute walk. The hotel is on a hill so worth bearing in mind if someone has mobility issues. We didn't use it but the hotel does have a courtesy bus it lays on for guests. All staff were so friendly, from the hotel reception, the maids. In particular, Gavin on reception whom we met the first day was so welcoming and friendly. He told us about a walk round the bay at St Brelades which was well worth doing, if you good on your feet, he told us all the different bus routes, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Would definitely recommend this hotel, just wish we had stayed longer but we will visit again.
Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa
4.5/5100 Reviews
This was our 2nd stay at the Grand Jersey Hotel having previously stayed in 2014. As before we booked a Park View Room. The hotel has not changed much since our previous visit and is essentially comfortable and welcoming. The location is perfect, taxi from the airport was around £20, or you could take the No 15 bus, which stops close to the hotel. Our room was located on the ground floor and was comfortable. We found the bathroom frustrating as the design did not make the best use of the space and was rather dated. The shower itself was reasonably powerful, although the shower screen itself leaked at the bottom creating a puddle on the floor. A minor gripe but something that needs attention. Breakfast was included and was of a good standard and variety. Choice of fruit, cereals, cold cuts, breads and most importantly the hot selection, nice bacon, sausages, eggs, etc, from the buffet. You could also order other items like smoked haddock, etc, if required. We didn’t eat in the hotel in the evening, but enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the champagne bar, most evening. There is a nice indoor pool, complete with steam room and sauna. Changing rooms and showers were good, but the keypads for the locker doors were temperamental The hotel is not perfect and in places could do with some investment/refurbishment in places, however, it quite relaxing and a good base in St Helier.
Hotel Savoy

The bed was difficult to sleep on and had collapsed. The overall hygiene is average, but fortunately the price is cheap and there is breakfast
Hotel Cristina

Would we visit again? Unequivocally, yes. The hillside location affords spectacular views across St Aubin’s Bay; however, unless you have your own means of transport, once you get there, options to venture out are very limited. There is a steep flight of steps that lead to the main road, but there are few amenities in the immediate vicinity. We were greeted by very friendly front of house staff. Access to the rooms was reminiscent of the gangways on a cruise ship and the room balconies too. However, the south-westerly facing rooms got very hot and stuffy and that was at only 23C! Cannot imagine how 35C would have been. We noticed that so many bedroom doors were wedged open with a variety of items (trainers) to allow a through-draft. Summers are only going to get warmer. We were disappointed with the Indigo Restaurant, of which we were expecting great things - particularly given that you have to make a reservation for a table. We opted for the daily menu (2 courses for £25) but very surprised at the very small portions. The views, however, are spectacular. The cocktails are just short of £10 each. We preferred to eat in the Indigo Terrace for the remainder of our stay and would thoroughly recommend the steak sandwich. We found the staff more attentive, and the service appeared to be more efficient. They serve great hot and cold food until 8.30pm.
