Guest UserI stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Coventry and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable with good facilities. The staff were professional and helpful throughout the stay, making check in and general requests smooth and efficient.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable option for a short stay.

The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, the room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection, and the facilities were well maintained. Outstanding service and hospitality throughout—we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

Farmer JohnThis hotel has seen better days unfortunately.. Maybe it was once a main hotel chain but the current owners are struggling to keep on top of issues. .The first room offered to me had a mouldy damp smell. The second option was better . But overall I couldn't recommend a stay here.

Suami IstriWe were allocated room on ground floor, unfortunately the bathroom is only bathtub. There is no shower at all.
The staff did not know about this when we report it.
Internet is fast.
The bed is okay.
The room is smell like someone had a smoking before and not treated properly.

Guest UserThe receptionists provide great service, along with the waiters in the restaurant. The rooms provided everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable.
We cannot fault the food at all. The dinner and breakfast were both extremely tasty, cooked to perfection and brilliantly presented.
The only downfall was on checkout when we were asked to pay for our child's dinner, even though we had booked half board for 2 adults and 1 child (3 guests) but hopefully getting this resolved.
Apart from that, we would definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a nice big room, the bed with four-poster. The receptionists were doing their job properly. We only stayed one night, did not use all the facilities, such as bar, swimming or gym which there were available, only the restaurant.
The bed is too soft, my husband was sank into it. He did not have a good night sleep.
