"We stayed here for 2 nights and the hotel was less than ideal. The staff were very kind and helped us with recommendations of what to do in the city, however the hotel itself was very disappointing. The room had many things that were broken. The sink was falling off, the shower was dirty and broken, the closet door was broken and peeling. The swimming pool was not clean. The breakfast was almost inedible. The first day my egg was completely raw and the second day there was a hair baked into my pastry. We were honestly so upset about the state of the hotel, it looked so nice on the pictures and it did not live up to what we expected. Especially for the price we paid, this was unbelievable."

GGuest UserGood hotel in the city centre. We stayed for two days but they forgot to clean our room, to change towels, etc! They also refused to upgrade our room with two single beds to a room with a king bed. They offered to somehow join the two beds. But the next day surprisingly they forgot it! The staff is friendly but this is not enough... Next time in Ioannina we will look for other options.

GGuest UserMountgrace was everything we wanted for our stay in Monodendri. The hotel is very stylish. The breakfast offering is a selection of food served to your table. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view and was very peaceful - just the sound of the goat bells in the morning and evening. One of the loveliest places we have stayed.
