The room was simply gorgeous. To be fair, the entire hotel looks well designed and maintained. The bed is so soft that we overslept everyday 😂😂The couch by the window is a nice touch to watch the views outside. We were blessed with beautiful sunsets while we were there. Food: The breakfast buffet includes western and Indonesian cuisine. I actually preferred the fruits prepared at dinner than breakfast. You can choose to eat at the restaurant on the 6th floor or ground floor, both serve the same meals at the same time. The prices are a bit steep but totally worth the taste. There is an ice cream bar on the ground floor😋😋😋 Amenities: There’s a pool and jacuzzi on the 16th floor. The jacuzzi is large enough for a group of about 6 friends to comfortably sit in there. We had massages while we were there, quite an average experience. What was supposed to be a 90-minute experience was greatly shortened with no explanation. The facial was below average and should be cut out of the treatment if there are no individuals trained to provide the service. The massage rooms look spectacular with a private shower and bath. Perhaps include some aromatic elements to elevate the experience.

I had to change my travel plans last minute for a business trip and ended up staying at this hotel. A two-bedroom suite for one person was a bit of a waste, but it's really close to White Beach and much better than the old town. Everything else was great!

The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. The staff were also very friendly. There's a small balcony inside, and some rooms allow you to open the windows for fresh air. The indoor facilities are very comfortable. There's a restaurant on the second floor. The location is convenient for transportation and parking is easy. There's no gym, but there is a large swimming pool.

I was looking remote AC to check the temperature and I didn't find it, I needed it because it was less cold in the room. The pool is not really clean because I found wet wipes in the pool including breakfast time, the staff did not immediately clean the table, I called the staff to clean the table first. So far it's still good, hopefully it will be better.

Excellent value for money with great facilities and service I had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Airport Jakarta. The hotel offers excellent value for money and is conveniently located with many amenities nearby, including restaurants, shops, massage facilities, spas, hair salons and convenience stores. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh and the service team was attentive throughout. The staff were professional, friendly and always willing to help. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness standards maintained during my stay. Other highlights included: ✅ Complimentary airport shuttle service ✅ Beautiful rooftop swimming pool ✅ Well-equipped gym with quality equipment ✅ Good massage and wellness facilities ✅ Comfortable rooms and reliable Wi-Fi Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay with great service and facilities. We had a wonderful stay at FM7 Resort Hotel Bandara Jakarta Airport. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service was excellent. The facilities are also great, with comfortable rooms and good amenities that made our stay relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers, especially couples or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near Jakarta Airport.

Booked this hotel for its free airport shuttle services as there is early flight on the following morning. However, the shuttle services is based on fixed schedule, and need to book in advance, for my scenario, I missed the 9pm pick up, and have to either wait till 11pm (2hours apart) or pay for extra charges if the pick up is not within the schedule. Hope this review helps.

Pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and fragrant. Even though it was just a few hours transit before an early morning flight, I would definitely come back again.
