If you're attending a concert at ICEBSD, this is definitely the place to stay! It's super, super, super close to the venue, just a few minutes' walk. The accommodation itself is on par with a typical budget hotel in China. You will hear a lot of motorbike noise late at night, so if you're a light sleeper, I recommend bringing earplugs. The breakfast buffet is just okay, nothing special but it'll fill you up.

Staff is very friendly, and was helpful sending a iron to my room when we needed. On the 16th floor there is a HUGE infinite pool, jacuzzi, gym and a basketball court!! Great stay in a business district!

Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The power outlets were compatible with those in our home country. The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. The hotel breakfast mainly consisted of Indonesian food; there weren't many Western options and no Chinese dishes at all. My only complaint is that bottled water isn't provided in the room; they only refill drinking water in a glass bottle, which I felt was not very hygienic.

I like sleeping at this hotel, the facilities are good, employees are friendly, breakfast is complete in the morning and there is a free bus to the airport. I really recommend it. If I go to Jakarta again, I will definitely stay in this Hotel thank you FM7resort Hote👍👍👍👍👍

This is a good hotel in Banten for a business trip. The breakfast is limited and there is nothing suitable for Chinese people. The front desk can speak English. Overall it is okay.

The location is fantastic, offering the convenience of being within easy walking distance to the supermall and various restaurants. LLC666I believe that the hotel was a local's favorite as the booking was quite full during Eid al-Fiṭr despite its relatively high price. The hotel was full of family and kids and there is no tranquility. Unlike other comparable hotels in the area, the hotel was not directly connected to the so called private beach. The so called private beach is not private at all and was occupied by many other non hotel guests. The non hotel guests can even park at the hotel carpark and use the ”private beach” and pool for free. Hence the ”private beach” was very full as those street vendors would charge people using the public beaches. So many non hotel guests just flooded in and the staff couldnt care less. So basically hotel guests are stripped off the privilege in using it, and you could never find any space. No towel was provided at the ”private beach”, the pool was like a mud swamp. No locker, only three btoken huts for toilet and changing, and no towel provided. As for the pool in the hotel main building, there is no control as well and seems anyone can use. Only several chairs and pavilions were available but all were occupied by people who did not dress like hotel guests (who would bring their clothes for changing at the pool if they are hotel guests?) Staff was non existent and no one offered to help you find some empty seat. As to other services, the dinning part is fine and food were reasonable. For the room and hotel, while the overall maintenance is ok given that the hotel is pretty new, maintenance was needed as well as cleanliness. The water at the outdoor bath was not hot. No hair conditoner and body lotion. Service-wise, the front desk people are good and tried their best to help. Hope they would not ring guests up at 9am asking them if they want to clean up room. Overall, view from the hotel was stunning, but not even close to 4-star services and facilities.

Amenities: Basic toiletries provided. Only multipurpose soap is available as hair, conditioner and body shower.
- No room slipper provided.
- No bottled drinking water provided but you could refill at the water dispenser along corridor.
- No facial tissue available in the room.
Room: Size is sufficient for solo or two travellers.
I was unfortunate to get corner room directly opposite the staff room. The staff got in and out throughout the night and I woke up to noises.
Room isn't bright enough for working.

JJazBiaLocation is good. it's near to the airport.... staff is good...... outside there are no food d points... although they have some snacks and instant noodles at the reception u can buy.... there is a free shuttle to the airport but only up to 1pm. after that u have to pay 55000 IDR and they will drop u. there is not tooth brush and tooth paste. room is enough for a short stay and for one person. they will provide u breakfast for 50000 IDR but honestly I didn't like that. Rice was too salty and chicken was not cooked properly... I booked room with river view but it wasn't like that.... overall it was clean... WiFi was working well.... they provide wake up call....
