Minimalist and clean. With convenience facilities except for hot and cold water dispensers at the lobby.(Take out room card. Lights,tv,acond off. Then come back . Insert the card, lights and tv on, aircond running cold again. This is not saving cost but will increase electricity usage + lift has to go down and up).
The staff at reception is good. The technician with gondrong hair also very helpful in setting up the tv in my room"

BensellamWe stayed here for one night before our connecting flight, and for that purpose, this hotel was truly excellent. Its location is ideal for a stopover. The service was friendly and professional. We were also allowed to check out an hour later, which was very nice and gave us some extra peace of mind before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all amenities. All in all, an excellent choice for travelers looking for a comfortable overnight stay before continuing their journey. Definitely recommended!

Guest UserAlways love staying here for a staycation, because it doesn't feel like I'm in Tangerang haha. Unfortunately, the bed is a bit hard and the water heater is no longer usable. Hope they replace them soon.

IchakamilEverything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

Anonymous UserI stayed here during a layover. The hotel was well-maintained and I slept comfortably. One thing that bothered me was that the queen-sized bed had a single-sized sheet placed horizontally, so my feet were directly on the mattress. It felt strange that they didn't use sheets that fit the bed size. The pickup from T2 at the airport was from 'E'. The free shuttle service to and from the airport was very helpful.

Anonymous UserStayed here for a business trip. The facilities were pretty average, not what I'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. There were no USB outlets, and no power outlets under the desk for working. On the plus side, the staff's English was excellent, and it's quite close to the airport. The hotel has a convenient direct link to the mall, but the mall itself was just okay – a bit chaotic and not very high-end, more like a market, so not great for shopping.

Kenya.k.I booked this hotel because I had a 7:00 AM flight. You can't beat the accessibility! Our airline counter was B, and the hotel was behind D. It was great not having to worry about getting to the airport. Just be aware that the entrance is very hard to find. You have to go down a narrow passageway between ”Solaria” and ”100-Hour Curry” and then down the stairs. There's no elevator, but the staff handles all luggage up and down, which was a great help. You can buy beer next to the front desk!

kenterI flew from Bali to Jakarta. Apparently, I got food poisoning before the flight, I was vomiting, shivering, and dizzy. We checked into the hotel very quickly and an hour later I decided that I needed to go to the hospital. There was no thermometer in the hotel, but a receptionist named Rio Renaldi (I hope I wrote the name correctly) said that he will help me get to the car, take me to the hospital, explain my symptoms to the staff and take me back. This person is a real professional and an excellent worker who is ready to quickly take you to the hospital at 2 am and pick you up at 4 am. This person deserves a bonus. The security guards and other hotel staff were also understanding and helped in every possible way. Very pleased with the hotel
