RRanopI stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable.
What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me.

LLadynoe MohamedI had a very pleasant stay at Swiss-Belhotel Luwuk as a solo traveller. The receptionists were warm and welcoming, which instantly made me feel comfortable.
The room was clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room every time I went out. i also tried the hotel spa and it was amazing. the massage therapist, Nonie, has great skills and the massage was truly relaxing.
Overall, the hotel has a cozy and calming atmosphere, perfect for rest after exploring Luwuk.
If I ever return to Luwuk, I will definitely stay at Swiss-Belhotel again.

WWidya nur Adina safitriStaying at Aston Palu was quite comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helped with a quick check-in. The view from the room was decent, especially if you got a higher floor. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety but the taste was good. The swimming pool was clean, although the area around it could get a bit crowded sometimes. The location is easily accessible. Overall, it was a good stay.

GGuest UserDisappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.
