Good: Polite staff, clean and spacious rooms Can be improved: Food at breakfast buffet was cold instead of warm or hot, esp the soups (both savory and sweet). No dim sum and soupy noodles (like Soto mee, bakso mee, etc).

Review from Malaysian. Evertyhing is fine and perfect. Room is spacious. FOOD IS FANTASTIC!!!! 10/10. Its just the iron needed to be changed. It is so broken cant change the temperature & also the iron board. I cant use it. Overall everything is top notch! Thank you!

Comfortable Stay. Near everything, shopping mall, groceries, restaurant, temple. The staff is polite and kind. If you bring your own car, the staff will help you also so dont worry. Breakfast also good not perfect but good :D

Medan is a little different from other cities in Indonesia. Though this hotel is not located very close to any convenience stores, the city has many options which are nearby. I took a Grab taxi to the nearest mall for my meals. Visted Brastagi which is also quite close. The room itself is very spacious. The room that I was given was away from traffic. This was very good and I managed to get a good night's rest every night. Overall, a very nice stay.

Had pleasant stay for 1 night , the location is excellent, staff were all very friendly and breakfast was a nice way to start the day, would definitely recommend for the location and friendly service especially for family with young children

The location is excellent n it is right in the center of medan city. There is a big mall: delipark mall right opposite the hotel w Sogo as the anchor departal store. There r many eateries n cinema available on the top floor. The security of the hotel is very tight that makes me feel safe... The staff over there r there to welcome us to the hotel

One of the best hotels, offering comfortable beds and warm hospitality. The breakfast buffet featured a wide variety of choices, from Indonesian specialties to Western dishes.

The hotel breakfast was clean and good. However, after checking in, they led me to the building in the back, but the smell in the area was really strong. So, I am not sensitive to such things, so I was satisfied with the various facilities and used them well.

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!
