"The hotel is small but very convenient for both location and accommodation. From Jerusalem Station to it to go 4 stops by bus #18. From the hotel to the Old City on foot – 7-10 minutes, to Jaffa Street with its cafe and shops – minute.
The rooms are small, there are even capsules, but we had a room on three, with a two-storey bed. However, the bottom was not quite a bed – a layout sofa that saw the views. Before him – a big TV with YouTube, we watched it lying without collecting the sofa, because they were afraid that we would not dismantle then for sleep.
Since the hotel is located in the basement floor of the building, the window was small and dirty, exclusively for ventilation. The room has a air conditioner, a small refrigerator, a fan, a TV, another couch, a low table, a shower, several lighting options. The closet is not, only hanging, so things are hard to fold, but we coped.
The hotel has a kitchen with microwave, stove, dispenser with hot and cold water, tables and chairs – is tight, but it is possible to accommodate. The floor below – Sports hall. There is a small corner with tables and chairs on the fresh air. Comfortably, a lot of modern paintings. Exchange towels at first request. Recommended for tourists who are more interesting outside than inside."

AAnonymous UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Inbal Hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is fantastic and made it easy to explore Jerusalem. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely recommend the Inbal Hotel to anyone visiting Jerusalem. We would be happy to stay here again!

GGuest UserRoom looks a little bit rundown but it was spacious and the ensuite bathtub made for a great way to relax after an entire day of walking around in the city.
It was located a little distance from the Tram stop, so if you dont know the shortcut, it could take a while to see and walk to the hotel.
Breakfast selection and variety was great, enjoyed the meals thoroughly.
Location was near the civic centre and National Library, so that was a nice bonus.

DDJCZI am very satisfied with the room, retro and warm, with a large bathtub and a steam bath! Drinks in the small refrigerator are also free. We will help you organize it twice a day. The tour guide arranged is a history lecturer.

The temperature was unbearable
The hotel offered to switch our room at 02:00 am
Needless to say it was a sleepless night.
The staff was friendly, but no one offered to compensate us.
Breakfast was good, so at least we had that.
We expected more from a 5 star hotel.

三三票老爷The hotel itself is good, but the process of booking through Ctrip is definitely nonsense. Ctrip's customer service notice on the day of check-in stated that the hotel would cancel our reservation due to credit card guarantee issues. It was less than two hours from check-in, and it was also the Sabbath day. A few of us drove around Jerusalem for four or five hours without finding enough rooms. There was no way to return to this hotel and try my luck to see if there was a room. Who knew that the hotel did not cancel our reservation at all, and the guaranteed credit card was no problem. It was so smooth. Afterwards, Ctrip's customer service called back to say a bunch of non-substantive polite words, and finally did not explain why it was notified to us that the hotel was cancelled. Delayed most of our day and was speechless.

DdyduchA bit disappointed of the hotel, picture looks super nice but in real it’s not like that at all.. room are very dark and super noisy receptionist not very friendly or welcoming, breakfast is fine but on the basement, you don’t really want to stay at the restaurant.. Plus they put tones of conditioner and body lotion but zero shampoo and shower gel. Last thing, zero consideration on sustainability or ecological question (towel or amenities)
