Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.

Good Hospitality, Good service and very courtious staff, the hotel is very conveniently located and the breakfast is good. The rooms are spacious and clean and the bed is super comfortable :)

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Hotel was clean and the food offered by the restaurants was good. Only thing is that the hotel starts getting old - would be great if some maintenance can be done.

The hotel is quite good, breakfast is very rich, but there are not too many things suitable for Chinese stomach, more Western style, the service staff are very welcoming, overall is good!

Overall, it was a good stay. However, the hotel breakfast had very limited choices for Western food. It would be even better if they could offer a wider selection of both Chinese and Western breakfast options.

The location is great, and it's only about a 30-minute commute from the airport. The breakfast selection is extensive, with both Western and Indian options available.

Stayed at Lemon Tree Hotel, Sector 68, Sohna Road, Gurugram with friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the amenities provided were good for a short stay. While there is still some room for improvement, the hotel offers good value and a comfortable stay. A nice option when visiting Gurugram with friends.
