"Very good experience, the hotel is very new, the facilities are relatively complete, there are kitchen supplies to make some simple meals. Because it is a new store room that will have some decoration taste.
The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The most worth mentioning was the service. We arrived late at night. The front desk staff Avinash sir was very patient and enthusiastic to help explain the room facilities and take us to the room. Worth coming again"

Toilet bowl had mosquitoes. Bed was not properly made .
Room cards were deactivated when we returned from our shopping n we had to go all the way down to get it fixed. When asked why this happened , they said we were out for too long n too far from hotel. . Supposed to b a luxury business hotel but there were kids running ***** the corridor past midnight.
Food at the Chill restaurant was good. We had mutton biryani there.
Expected more from a 5 star hotel.

Excellent hotel experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, the rooms were very clean and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Everything exceeded expectations — highly recommended and would happily return anytime.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

Love Travelling2024The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

Guest UserHad a great stay at Vivanta Hotel. The staffs are courteous, helpful and hospitable. The rooms are clean and neat, able to sleep comfortably. The buffet breakfast was good, a lot of choices of indian and western food.

I used it in transit. Recommended for travelers who arrive by midnight flight and depart by early morning flight the next morning. The room was clean and the size was not particularly small and the shower was usable without any problems. I would have liked to have slippers in the amenities if I had one improvement.
