"We had bad experience during this stay…we booked standard room where the washroom was bad, they said washrooms are same in all standard rooms if you want you can upgrade to studio cottage… we had done that which has wasted lot of our time and obviously money for upgradation … and there were no much choices of food in the evening to order we had to adjust with some alternative options of food… overall this was very disappointing and I would not recommend this place for a pleasant stay … i think people here has careless attitude and no value for customers time or money !!"

"Very good experience, the hotel is very new, the facilities are relatively complete, there are kitchen supplies to make some simple meals. Because it is a new store room that will have some decoration taste.
The breakfast in the restaurant was very good. The most worth mentioning was the service. We arrived late at night. The front desk staff Avinash sir was very patient and enthusiastic to help explain the room facilities and take us to the room. Worth coming again"

Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills

Very Good

Marti_13I stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel Hyderabad Banjara Hills during a business trip and was very impressed with the overall experience.
The highlight of the stay was definitely the spacious room. The large seating area next to the huge window, complete with a comfortable sofa, created a relaxing atmosphere and was a perfect spot for reading, working, or simply unwinding after a busy day. In my case, it became an ideal place for meditation and quiet reflection.
The service throughout the hotel was excellent, with attentive and professional staff always ready to help. The breakfast experience was another standout feature. The restaurant is very spacious, with plenty of seating available, so it never felt crowded. The selection is extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious local and international options, all well presented and of high quality.
The fitness center is modern and well equipped, featuring a good range of new machines. I was also pleased to see that personal training support is available when needed, adding extra value for guests who like to maintain their fitness routine while traveling.
As I was mostly transported between the hotel and my meetings, I cannot fully comment on the location. However, it appeared to be conveniently situated, with the city center easily accessible.
There are also restaurants, cafés, and shopping malls within walking distance, which is a great advantage for both business and leisure travelers.

While the hotel location is excellent, the rooms and amenities are out dated and the property needs refurbishing. Staff are friendly. Valet service is quick.
The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

I loved the fact that I was greeted with a smile and an amazing check in and check out service. The only issue was that the breakfast service did not give me a 5 star feeling with people running around and inadequate places to sit. Stood there for 30 mins to find a seat and everyone was running everywhere. Inspite of paying for the breakfast I did not go the remaining nights.
Apart from this everything was amazing and perfect

Novotel Hyderabad Airport

Guest UserI had no choice but to pick this hotel as it was the designated meeting point for a local company visit by an industry association, and there were no other affordable alternatives nearby. There was a free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, but it was in a rather old, commercial van. The shuttle only runs once an hour, making it quite inconvenient. The hotel isn't particularly close to the airport, and the accommodation fee is very overpriced compared to the overall quality of service, including the facilities and in-room amenities. While there weren't any major issues, the reception staff's attitude was odd. I definitely won't be staying here again.

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

The hotel is undoubtedly of high standards, 50 minutes from the airport, about a minute from hi tech city 20. Rich dining. The disadvantage is that it is noisy to go out. But there is a modern supermarket on the side.
