This is the best hotel in every way.
This is an impeccable hotel with fantastic views of the Tuscan countryside, clean bedrooms and bedding, clean bathrooms, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
I am strongly recommending it to my friends and acquaintances.
During my trip to Rome, after shopping at The Mall Firenze and visiting Florence, I stayed at this hotel 30 minutes from Florence for a day, and returned to Rome via Siena and Bagnoregio for a 2-day, 1-night schedule.
We recommend checking in a little early to see the fantastic Tuscan sunset. This is a hotel I definitely want to visit again.
We stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general.
A stay at Adua & Regina di Saba places you in the heart of Montecatini Terme, steps from Terme Excelsior and 4 minutes by foot from Terme di Montecatini. This spa hotel is 0.3 mi (0.5 km) from Terme Leopoldine and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Funicolare Cablecar Railway.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments, and facials. If you're looking for recreational opportunities, you'll find a health club, an outdoor pool, and an indoor pool. Additional features at this hotel include complimentary wireless internet access, concierge services, and a hair salon.
Enjoy a meal at the restaurant, or stay in and take advantage of the hotel's room service (during limited hours). Quench your thirst with your favorite drink at the bar/lounge. A complimentary buffet breakfast is served daily from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
Make yourself at home in one of the 72 guestrooms featuring minibars. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming is available for your entertainment. Private bathrooms with showers feature bidets and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and desks.
Beautiful place. A lot of green area around the hotel. Large pool in front of the hotel. Rooms are large, clean. Breakfasts are very rich and varied 🙂.
We always come back here when we're in the 🙂 neighborhood.
We stayed at this place for the 2nd time (first time was right before the pandemic) and I should say that the hotel successfully keeps up to its standards.
Rooms are clean and spacious, with almost everything you may need (except the iron).
The SPA area is fine, but better go there around noon before the new wave of the guests arrives.
Breakfasts are superb with a wide choice of hot dishes, pastry and drinks. That is really a great choice for Italy I'd say (sorry, Italy)))
The hotel territory is well kept. The sandy beach is right across the road.
The only minor thing which was a bit disturbing was the lack of toiletries. Nail kits, sewing kits and other things used to be available without any requests. Now you get the very basics and have to call if you need some extra. That's absolutely fine but.. feels like ”let's cut the cost” sign :)
But anyway, I loved the stay and will def be back some time.
Beautiful residence, furnished with a looked style, retro, attention to details and comfort.
Mr Massimilian is very friendly and available, the comfortable structure and a good breakfast.
Super spacious room, old furnishings, very comfortable beds.
Super recommended!
Be sure to specify at the front desk what type of room you expect to stay at. If you're not satisfied with the room, ask for a new one if they have available. I booked a superior room with river view, but got the worst version of it. Yes, the room had a small river view, but was very mediocre compared to the photos online. I realized this on the last night and asked to be moved to a better room (of the same price), which was faaaar prettier on the second floor with two windows. But I made a mistake in not asking earlier. The hotel also surprise you with a 10-15% service charge at check out that I did not expect. Just a heads up.
Nice welcome at the reception, secluded and quiet hotel with a view of the Tuscan hills.
Once there we will not go down to dinner elsewhere, the restaurant is convenient but a little expensive I find for the really minimal quantity
The spa is very expensive compared to other establishments
Satisfying breakfast
Very Good

GGuest User⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The service at The St. Regis Florence was exceptional. After my departure, I discovered I had left some items in my room. The hotel team promptly responded and efficiently coordinated the delivery of my belongings to my next hotel. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail exemplify the true St. Regis standard. I am deeply appreciative of their excellent support and highly recommend staying here.
GGuest UserBad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.
