Overall a very pleasant stay. Location is good, we just took buses to go Sakae and Nagoya Station - there is also a 7/11 across and beside is a Mega Donki. The hotel is too pretty, nice colors and adequately sized. Amenities also are provided, and staff were all accommodating. If was a great experience - too bad i didnt have the time to try the public bath. Highly recommended!
The room is spacious, clean with good facilites. There is outdoor public bath apart from the indoor one and this is exceptiknal with business hotels. The semi-buffet style breakfast with very fresh food is good value or money. The hotel is right in front of the Inuyama Station.
It was only about a 10-minute walk from Higashi-Okazaki station, making it a great location for getting around. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable!

We stayed at this hotel last year and really liked the location. There is parking nearby, which is very convenient. However, it may be a bit of a walk if you plan to go shopping—about 1.3 km.
The breakfast was delicious, and the staff took very good care of us. If we have the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.
This time, there are 6 of us traveling. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night and 1 room for 1 night.
It's close to the station, so it's very convenient and easy to use. The environment is clean, and I used the large public bath, which was also well-maintained and very pleasant. Breakfast was free, and it was better than I expected. If I ever stay in Toyohashi again, this is a hotel I'd definitely like to use. (There's also a vending machine, as shown in the photo, which I think is convenient lol)
Located right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.
The room was for two, with two separate beds. The beds were comfortable and quite large. I liked the pillow. It took on the desired shape due to the grain in the other half.
The rooms hadn't been renovated in a long time. I personally found it very dark. The only lights were in the hallway and as a nightlight over the table and between the beds.
The massage chair in the room worked, but the footrest didn't extend.
The hotel has a sauna, but only for men!
And all information in the room and throughout the hotel is only in Japanese.
The staff is polite.
The room was clean and tidy, a Japanese-style tatami room with a beautiful sea view. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, both buffet style, which are quite plentiful and the ingredients are very fresh. I took a boat from Toba, and the round-trip ticket was around 3200 yen. You can contact the hotel for pick-up at the pier, or you can arrange it through Ctrip. It's quite fast, less than a 10-minute drive from the pier to the hotel. The hotel's hot springs are very comfortable, with many pools. The outdoor pools have beautiful sea views and sunsets. It's much more cost-effective than hotels in Toba, and the scenery is much more beautiful.
The front desk staff were all incredibly kind and always greeted us with smiles. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. The amenities were excellent; I was particularly impressed that you could choose your toothbrush firmness and that face masks were even provided – a very thoughtful touch, especially for female guests.
Fortunately, it was also a day when women could use the large public bath, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. It too was very clean, and the complimentary ice pops were a fantastic touch.
The welcome coffee and the well-stocked manga corner were also greatly appreciated amenities. Breakfast the next morning offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was so comprehensive, I couldn't believe it was complimentary!
In the morning, I greeted a cleaning staff member in the hallway with ”Good morning, thank you for everything,” and they returned my greeting with a cheerful smile, which really brightened my mood before checking out.
Overall, it was an incredibly pleasant stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Toyota. Many thanks.

Amazing
GGuest UserService: Impeccable. For breakfast, the Eggs Benedict and avocado toast from the à la carte menu were both delicious. The omelet was very tender. It's also conveniently located near Matsuzakaya, making it easy to enjoy hitsumabushi (eel three ways), tonkatsu, and wagyu beef.

TTGaborVery good capsule hotel, good value for the money! Very helpful staff and able to speak English (Suzuki, Chie, Arjun, thanks). Free soft drinks, free alcohol from 17-27, free breakfast and dinner, very good spa and sauna, anime corner and mini games. The difference from last year is that the top floor isn't just for man anymore, the women has their on section now, while the man has to share their section, which isn't fair. It would've been better a mixed floor or women have there own floor (Only 2 massage chairs and 1 isn't working properly on the male section, there were 3 last year). Also, you only supposed to talk on the phone in a small ”phone boot”, which is for one person, which is silly in my opinion (the women section used to be the part, where you were able to speak with others on the phone/app). I also miss the lemony ”energy” drink from the sauna and the ”flushing noise” option from the toilet from last year. It's still a very good hotel!
GGuest UserGood value with exceptional service
We were extremely satisfied with the services and had a delightful experience in that hotel.
Our package included room, breakfast and dinner. Due to a minor traffic incident, we were unable to meet our dinner time of 6:00 pm. We contacted the hotel and they kindly accommodated us and provided attentive service. We were deeply touched by their care and consideration.
The assistance to report of the traffic incident to the local insurance company was unexpectedly smooth with the help of the staff. The language proficiency of the staff was impressive, as they efficiently resolved language-related issues we faced.
Furthermore, the traditional charm of the hotel exceeded our expectations and added to our enjoyment - good value.
We will recommend the hotel to others and look forward to visiting again in the future.
Special thanks to Ms. Oromo Rie, Mr. Toyama, and the staff responsible for our meals.

GGuest UserLast minute booked this hotel with onsen as this accommodation is the nearest to Nagoya station then. But it is still a 12 min walk from Meitetsu Nagoya (where you take the train to airport). Onsen is very small with 4 washing cubicles in the female. Amenities provided within the onsen are also limited eg 1 hair dryer with no seat. But the hot water relaxed the muscles after 1 day walking. I booked a bigger room that is meant for 2 to 4 pax. Comfortable stay, return your unused toothbrush and toothpaste in exchange fo a small treat. Welcome drink until 8pm is a plus point.
GGuest UserI had a very good trip, this time I use it for the second time, I used lunch with my child many times before, I will use it again. Thank you
