The hotel is a bit of a drive from Karuizawa JR Station, about 35 minutes, and there's a toll fee. However, the scenery along the way is beautiful. Shiraito Falls is about 10 minutes away. The hotel parking lot is ample and very convenient.
The hotel rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The hot springs are both indoor and outdoor, with an orange-brown color and a mild odor. Unfortunately, the outdoor hot springs don't allow for a view of the sky.
The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a wide variety of options and are delicious.
This hotel has a very resort-like feel and I'd definitely return if I had the chance.

This was the only available hotel, so I booked online.
The location is near Takasaki Station.
Parking requires a reservation and requires an additional fee.
The website where you can check this information is difficult to find.
I was also told this at check-in, and the information about nearby parking lots was quickly explained to me as ”A is nearby, and B if it's unavailable,” which was confusing (by the night receptionist).
The room was average. The unit bath had a moldy smell.
The large public bath was nice.
The morning receptionist's smile and service were very pleasant.
It may have been the first day of the Obon holiday, so it was busy, but the price and service were not very good.
I can understand why I was able to get a reservation.
The room was nice, but the staff were really weird. They refused to give us towels and tooth brushes saying we had to pay for them. So we argued for about ten minutes and finally they gave us towels to shower with. There is nothing near the motel. Basically dilapidated buildings and abandoned buildings. Nothing really to do in the town itself. The onsen was pretty nice. Unless u want to stay at the motel all day don’t come to this town. There’s a free shuttle bus to the station as well.
The hotel has a good location, very close to the bus station and Shiduan Street. The hot springs have gold and silver hot springs, as well as open-air hot springs. The food is also good, and the waiters are very responsible.
Although it's a bit secluded, this is truly one of the most satisfying onsen hotels I've stayed at in Japan. The service was impeccable. The private bath in the room was incredibly convenient, and booking one of the dedicated private onsen rooms was also very easy. Plus, there's a beautiful large garden to enjoy.
Buses are available to Kusatsu Onsen and Karuizawa Station. Make sure to book your round-trip transfer to Karuizawa in advance; you can even ask Ctrip for assistance with this.
Beautiful, great service, super clean & comfortable hotel which sets it's standard really high. Everything was superb from the lobby to the room to the restaurants, and to the onsen. Quality meals are served with their hearts & the quality is too much for me. Our room was really huge. There are 3 different onsen rooms with indoor & outdoor pools. However, the outdoor pools do not give you any views since they bamboo-fenced the surrounding. Parking is free and it is only 2 mins walk down the slope to reach Kusatsu town centre. A minimum 2N stay is recommended.
The accommodation has a good atmosphere, the rooms are comfortable, the staff are lovely, there is a shuttle service to various stations, and the food is very delicious.
You can go directly to the hotel lobby from the east exit of Takasaki Station via the outdoor walkway on the second floor, and the hotel lobby, rooms, large communal bath on the 10th floor, and breakfast venue on the second floor are all very satisfying facilities. I had a very comfortable stay. I would definitely use it again.
I booked a Japanese-style room with a view of Ikaho Ishidan Street outside the window. The hotel's environment, service, and food for one night and two meals were also very delicious. The aperitif was brewed by the hotel itself. It can be seen that a lot of thought has been put into running the hotel well. It is very warm and my family and children are extremely satisfied. The private bath provided by the Japanese-style room is also very comfortable and perfect.
The staff 々 was able to spend a pleasant time with a smile.
In the shabu-shabu buffet of the meal, the delicious meat was all-you-can-eat and the family was very satisfied.
I was worried about some cleaning, but I think it's because I'm doing cleaning work, so the general public doesn't care.
Mt. Myogi seen from the window was nice and different depending on the time of day and the weather.

Great
GGuest UserExcellent onsen, location and food, there’s a big superstore at G/F and a 7-11 nearby. Just have to walk from the main building to the annex building for meal and onsen, a bit inconvenience for elderly people with leg pain problems. And the water distillers at the onsen floor are out of order, a coffee machine at the lounge is also not work, while my stay at the hotel.

GGuest UserGood atmosphere hotel There is a shuttle from jomo kogen station. Can send an email to schedule a pick up time. With the hotel There is a private open air onsen room. The atmosphere is great. The receptionist is very nice. The room has a bathtub and toilet. Very comfortable The view room is a ski slopes. Dinner and breakfast are kaiseki style on both hands. It is a good hotel.
JJaponamamaDormy Inn Maebashi is a fantastic place to stay, offering comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. The hotel is well-maintained, with clean and cozy rooms that provide a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights is the onsen, which is perfect for unwinding after a long day. The complimentary nighttime ramen is a nice touch, adding to the overall experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. With its great location near the station, Dormy Inn Maebashi is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
11356463****Although the hotel has no special appearance, the internal rooms are great. The large glass windows can see Chicheng Mountain and Yuanming Mountain, and you can see great scenery when you get up early.
It is also very close to Shiduan Street, there is a shuttle bus, you can also walk there.
Breakfast and dinner are also delicious, kaiseki cuisine level.
Service is excellent, it is the best service I have traveled so many times in Japan.
GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and the service is very good!
The environment is quiet and quiet, and it is a good place for vacation and leisure.
There are enough parking spaces for parking, and it is best to drive in and out, because other traffic is not convenient.
The breakfast food is diverse and delicious!
KKinglumThe facities is a little old but our room is newly renovated and the view from our room is stunning
The skii area is beautiful and we loved the skii activites however the dinner and the breakfast was disappointing the food quality wasn’t up to standard it was cold and not tasty
GGuest UserVery clean and tidy. Room as pictured. Staff lovely... thank goodness for google translate.
Private hot pools great...large. You had to get in quick as no booking - but good sysyem on co.outer to see when free. I
American breakfast good (except tomato sauce ON tge omelette). Omelette was light and fluffy.
Only about 10 minutes walk to the steps.
