The location is a bit out of the way, but it wasn't a problem since we were driving. Although it's an older-style inn, it was clean and tidy. There were also quite a few locals staying there. They offered snack sharing in the afternoon and evening. The most pleasant surprise was the incredibly rich breakfast. I would definitely choose this inn again next time.

Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine. For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

Location is a short distance away from the Toyama station. But everything else is perfefct. I loved that my room had a small onsen as well, so I could continue to soak in the comfort of my room after visiting the big onsen. Both were great and it really helps to relax the body after a long day. Staff were friendly and went out their ways to assist with my requests. Really 10/10.

The staff were all very polite, kind, and generally wonderful. The amenities were great, and the room was clean. The hot spring was also very pleasant. If I had to point out one thing, it would be the dressing room in the hot spring. When I sat down to dry my hair, my eyes were drawn to the gap between the sink and the counter below, and I noticed some dust had accumulated there. The corners of the walls also had some dust. Since everything else was so clean, it was a bit disappointing. I would definitely like to stay here again.

The overall service is good, but when booking online, I saw that it was a twin room, and I mistakenly thought it was for two people. However, when I arrived, I was told that it was only for one person, and that one more person would have to pay 5,100 yen. When I checked in, I felt like I was being cheated, which affected my experience. There are also baths and massage chairs to relieve fatigue during the day. There is a 7-11 near the hotel and very close to the station.

The hot spring is very large, there are various ways to soak, the outdoor open-air hot spring is also very beautiful, there is a bubble pool indoors, and there is also a strong impact to heal tired legs. The kaiseki cuisine is delicious, Toyama Prefecture has very good seafood, every night is very exquisite. The waiters are very good, and there are also waiters who understand Chinese. There is a spectacular snow scene in winter, and there are two medium-sized ski resorts next to it, which is convenient for skiing.

I am really appreciated with the service of this hotel. The attitude of staffs are good and the meal are good. Really comfortable room provided!

This is our first rayon. General impressions are great!!! Very interesting experience. Staff very, very straight-a-friendly. Food is fresh seafood, rice, local soups.
