This is a very comfortable Japanese-style hot spring hotel. You need to take off your shoes upon check-in. There's a communal hot spring on the second floor, and rooms also have bathtubs with hot spring water. Free ice cream is available on the second floor, and breakfast is quite extensive too.

This is our first rayon. General impressions are great!!! Very interesting experience. Staff very, very straight-a-friendly. Food is fresh seafood, rice, local soups. The front desk service is amazing. The hot spring is very comfortable. The room is clean and hygienic with a dry and wet separation. The mini bar has pudding and mineral water. The breakfast is also very sumptuous. It's just a 15-minute straight walk from Toyama Station. Remember to bring a bath towel when you go to soak in the hot spring!! I chose the Japanese breakfast. It was filling and delicious, with rice porridge and Himi udon noodles. I wish there was a safe in the room. It was the type that you had to leave it at the front desk, and even though I called to inquire, the service wasn't very good. The bath was also different from the photo, and while I suppose the photo is just an image, it would have been nice if there was an open-air bath for women (although it would be difficult to expand the facilities). Overall, I think it's a good hotel.

The overall service is good, but when booking online, I saw that it was a twin room, and I mistakenly thought it was for two people. However, when I arrived, I was told that it was only for one person, and that one more person would have to pay 5,100 yen. When I checked in, I felt like I was being cheated, which affected my experience. The room was a twin, too spacious for one person, and I was able to relax. The facility itself felt a little old, perhaps because they were using the previous one, but it was clean and I had a pleasant stay. I was bothered by some hair on the floor of the women's changing room, but it was cleaned up the next morning, and I could appreciate the hard work of the staff. Thank you. The breakfast was also very varied and satisfying. It was convenient because it was all-in-one. The only thing I wanted was a beer 🍺, but I arrived at 9:30pm, which was too late. The room is old but comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system is old and noisy, which affects sleep. The dinner was well prepared and very delicious!

Awesome hotel, I didn’t see a high rating when I booked Ctrip. I have been hesitating to make a reservation. However, the B&B in Baichuan Township is a wooden house structure that is too old. I chose this hotel. The hot springs are superb and the rooms are clean and looks like It didn't take long for the decoration, everything was very new, and I will definitely visit again in Shirakawa Township next time.
