AAnonymous UserThe Sheraton Hotel was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip to Bishkek. Located in a prime downtown location, it's within walking distance of Ala-Too Square and right next to Bishkek Park, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The views from the upper-floor rooms were stunning, offering panoramic vistas of the Tian Shan Mountains and the city, and I even witnessed a breathtaking sunset. The breakfast was extensive, blending local and international flavors, and the service was attentive, friendly, and courteous. (Хочу приехать снова!)

AAizat tamiziHad a really great stay here! The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall service was excellent.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I also really liked the amenities provided — everything we needed was there. The environment felt calm and relaxing, perfect for a short getaway.
Location was convenient and easy to access. Overall, everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly.
Highly recommended, especially for couples. Would definitely come back again! 😊

GGuest User+ Overall, the service was nice, the cleaner was good, and the room was clean. The beds were great. Breakfast was varied. The apartment was quiet and peaceful. The complimentary water bottles brought to the room during cleaning were a great added bonus.
- Some smoke drifted into the apartment from outside because the window seals were a bit worn. The official hotel gate could be added to map applications so that Yandex cars could find their way more easily.
— Airport transfer was included in the price, but we didn't get it upon arrival. The airport was over 20km away. When we were leaving, we asked if we could have a ride for the 7-kilometer journey to the airport instead of the transfer, but it couldn't be provided, and this inflexibility genuinely surprised us.

GGuest UserBest hotel in Bishkek. If you’d wish to have a nice and quiet weekend, definitely choose Hyatt! We enjoyed spa, great service room and the vibe of the hotel. Also, I would like to highlight receptionist Dastan and Ruslan for making our stay easier and more comfortable. If we needed anything, they were delighted to help in any situation! 100% recommendation!!!
