"Highly recommend the Bishkek Wanhao Chang'an Hotel! It's a standalone hotel with modern Chinese-style decor and a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby is spacious, bright, and feels grand and comfortable.
The front desk staff speaks fluent Chinese throughout, so there's no language barrier. The staff are warm and attentive. The breakfast is authentic Chinese and tastes great; it's so rare to find familiar flavors abroad.
The rooms are clean and tidy, equipped with zero-pressure mattresses and soft, comfortable bedding. Lying down to rest after a long day is incredibly relaxing. The hotel has its own laundry room with a dryer, which is a must-have for frequent business travelers.
Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations. This is the top choice for Chinese people visiting Bishkek for business or research. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The value for money isn't great, as the price is a bit high. It's an older building, but it's considered one of the best in Bishkek. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient.

Resting here is not the first time, the management of the hotel youth service level and the quality of the hotel improve and make our rest pleasant) you can see that the hotel is not standing on the spot but developing. Rooms are clean, towels, neats, The slippers are all necessary in the room. Thermal sources, Hamam, Sauna, Russian steam on wood, cold bath and large pool all necessary for excellent rest is present. The forces have a bar area now you can order food and drink without going away from the pool. There is everything for a comfortable rest in general.

I had a great experience at Novotel Bishkek City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well managed. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with everything needed for both business and leisure stays.
The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center and many key places in Bishkek.
Breakfast had a good variety and the restaurant service was very pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Bishkek for comfort, service, and quality.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

Guest UserThe location of this hotel is amazing, within walking distance of all of Bishkek's major sights and many good restaurants and cafes. The facilities are somewhat dated, but staff are great. Unfortunately, upon checking in, we found dried urine all over the bidet in our bathroom. Upon bringing this to staff's attention, a cleaner was sent right away. However, this should not be happening in any four star hotel.

Guest UserI really loved this hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city. The breakfasts were great, and they have a nice pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A big thank you to all the hotel staff, everyone was fantastic!

Comfortable rooms, a swimming pool with comfortable loungers, a hearty and varied breakfast with plenty of fruit, 24-hour transfer service, the option to leave luggage for a few days, and quick laundry service. Friendly staff. Excellent restaurants within walking distance.

miketrn16Ended up staying here after the rest of the city was shut down for the Nomad Games and SCO. Lucked into one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed at. The price is fantastic. Rooms were a decent size well-equipped, comfortable, and spotless. It might have been the best hotel bed I've ever slept on. Even better was the breakfast, which was well-rounded and absolutely delicious. It's not as close to the center as others, but I couldn't recommend Aqua Hotel any more highly.

не понравился отель, вид что в одну сторону что в другую никакую, рядом с отелем стоит генератор дизельный, который гудит ночью и мешает спать, номера старые! завтра плохой - есть нечего, бассейн маленький - разочарован
