The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. We arrived early on the day of check-in, and they proactively offered to store our luggage so we could go explore. They even guided us to a currency exchange office and patiently answered all our questions."

"The Occidental Hotel Medina is a gem of a hotel. We needed lodging on short notice, and they absolutely delivered!
Our room was large and airy, with a balcony on a quiet courtyard. The bed, bath, linens were great. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Get the octopus.
But the star of the show is the staff. In particular, Meryem is the best! She knew everything we needed to make our two weeks totally enjoyable. We are experienced travelers, and we truly appreciate her efforts.
In short, a great hotel at an amazing price. Go!"

The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the train station, tram stop, shopping center, and the embankment. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is small, but everything is very well thought out. The comfortable bed, down comforters, and pillows are perfect for rest after long walks. A few areas could use some cosmetic renovations, and the place could be cleaner, but overall, this didn't affect the quality of our stay. We liked the hotel.

Very close to the airport. The room had a comfortable bed, but the pillows were huge and uncomfortable. There was a kettle, tea, and instant coffee in the room. The staff were very polite and friendly. Check-in took a bit long, about 20 minutes. We went for a swim in the pool; everyone saw us heading there and just smiled, not saying anything. But once we were in the water, they told us we couldn't swim. Maybe there were chemicals? We didn't understand. We went straight back to our room to shower. The water was hot with good pressure, and the bathtub was comfortable. The view was nice. There's a shuttle every half hour. The restaurant had regular prices, and the dish was beautifully presented, though the taste was debatable.

The hotel has been around for a while, and some of the facilities are a bit outdated. However, it's very close to the old town, making it super convenient for shopping both in front of and behind the hotel. The swimming pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

Guest UserAs far as the hotel is too fancy and expensive but not value of money, no entertainment no nice cafe , entertainment services are too expensive, staff named Maryam is so rude, no smile on her face, sort of bad behavior. The rest hotel is new with fabulous infrastructure

YUIf you like niche travel, if you want to slow down your life. Come to Morocco, come to Oualidia, come to this hotel. Facing the sea, forgetting to worry together. The staff is also very welcoming and can also have a sauna and massage. The people here are very simple and the seafood is very cheap.

The hotel has a great location, within walking distance to everything. The furniture and decor are a bit dated. Overall, the interior is interesting, with a Moroccan style. Breakfasts are hearty, and the omelet is delicious. The front desk staff are responsive, and you can leave your luggage after check-out.

The whole breakfast arrangement here was hopeless.The breakfast room was not set up, there was little food, It was of poor quailty, The few staff that were there were all focus on empty VIP room not for normal guests.Simple request were met with curt responses. No cleaning table, No forks, No Tissue, The binding tape is still on the rock melon skin. Wait a half hour to get juice. Only 4 table less 10 people at that time. The wall mounted AC controls do nothing and the instructions on the panel dont help. The real AC control panel is near the ceiling! The hotel was a 5 min walk to corniche and Mosque.
