Normal. Very interesting interior, but very dark. Living on the second floor, nothing can be seen in the room. Always half dark. And so, in general, everything liked. Service is good. All polite, helpful with any questions. There are no shops nearby where you could buy fruit. But it 's on the coast as a whole.

The hotel is ideal, very large, they gave us an apartment separate from the hotel. It is the highest hotel in all of Agadir, everything is very friendly and the breakfast is very complete

Expérience mitigée: tres bel établissement, qualité du service impeccable, qualité de literie nickel. Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire: 1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....) 2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait. 3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme

The staff members were so nice and helpful. Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons. The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes. The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold. The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled. The rooms were spacious and clean. What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there. But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Ist class service. Latifah at the front desk was amazing, very helpful and professional. El mahdi the concierge guy was amazing, very friendly and helped us with necessary information. The hotel looks much better than advertised on most sites. Everything is new and just beautiful. Very beautiful aesthetic, ambience and clean environment. The rooms are very spacious and well decorated. Only downside was I couldn't connect YouTube or my phone smart view to the TV to watch my preferred shows. However, that's just my personal choice. WiFi was good without issues. The food was really tasty and had good varieties. Overall, i highly recommend as palais des roses gave me a very good experience. Staff are really amazing and friendly.

Dear friends! Never rely on guest reviews of a hotel. I read a lot, and when I arrived here, I was looking for everything they wrote about. And I found nothing, except maybe the quality of the towels. For a 3-star hotel, it's simply superb. Large grounds, many pools, and a wide variety of meats, fish, vegetables, and fruits. It has its own beach with sun loungers. There's always room. The animation team is simply superb. They entertain all day and in the evening there's a disco and a performance in the amphitheater. Twice, national music groups came. At 3:00 PM, everyone sings the Agadir national anthem in unison. Very beautiful. The hotel grounds are very beautiful. Lots of bars. Although they do have some restrictions on hard liquor. They make a variety of cocktails. In short, book this hotel and you won't regret it. Morocco surprised and delighted us with the quality of service! Thank you so much! I'll upload the photo later.

Location is good, fast check in, friendly staff, the tv doesn’t work , no channels to view, sink blocked, when reported to reception nothing happened, no hot water in the shower, hair dryer next to sink so gets sprayed by sink tap making it potentially dangerous, reported all to reception and was told that my comments will be passed to higher management to rectify. The issues are basic and should have been addressed prior to letting the room.

Beautiful location. Perfect welcome. Lack of organization. (Review the welcome fruit basket, barely ripe fruit. Very good macaron). Very average breakfast buffet despite a wide selection. Expensive hotel for the service. The village of Taghazout is easily accessible on foot. A corner of paradise. I don't understand why they charge 15 dirhams to enter/exit the hotel parking lot!

Check in slow for the most part. Staff are very helpful. The slide and pool are great. The massage and spa place is very warm and welcoming, very relaxing. Close to the beach, only pet peeve is being rushed out of the breakfast hall and stood over when the time reaches ten am as they need to clean and prep
