Fantastic Stay with Exceptional Breakfast Buffet I recently stayed at Relais des Plateaux and had an excellent experience. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off, which made my arrival and departure seamless. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. One highlight of my stay was the breakfast. It was one of the best buffets I’ve had in years, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The selection was impressive and catered to all tastes. Overall, I highly recommend Relais des Plateaux for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially if you appreciate a top-notch breakfast!

I arrived at midnight and check in took a bit long. The room has 2 twin beds and sitting area. There is a small fridge and hot water pot. Bathroom amenities consist of bathe gel and shampoo, no conditioner. My room has a view of the city and looks down at the Analakely market. Complimentary breakfast is not bad but not special either. The hotel restaurant also serves lunch and dinner. There is a pool, stean room, spa and fitness equipment. There are restaurants nearby. I recommend the L'Orient Asian Fusion Restaurant, good food and great presentation. It's 2 minutes on the same street of the hotel. Overall I like the hotel and would stay here again.

All services were perfect, except one lady at the front, who was not really eager to help us to solve the problem. What I felt as a customer was that she wanted me to pay directly again the bill, coz Trip.com did not send to the hotel the amount I paid. I lost my time and could not reach my appointment. Thanks to Mrs Miora (another lady at the front) the problem was solved smoothly.

Good service from hotel staff. Breakfast is substantial. The pool is short but you can enjoy it enough. It's located a little down an alley from the main street, so there's no hustle and bustle. great hotel

Very convenient hotel because of the proximity to the airport and the availability of free transfer. Rooms are spacious, terraces and balconies. Breakfasts on the Madagascar standards, there is something to compare, very even decent. For hotel 3 check-in very and very. Staff friendly and kind, service is good. Clean in general. No food. A pleasant and hospitable area of the pool. For Madagascar, a very decent option

12月初入住飯店，第一個錯誤，我的房卡沒有辦法把房間的門打開，第二就是飯店現在在裝修整個是很吵雜，當晚一直有斷電的情況至少停了三次，第二天早上退房櫃檯沒有現金可以找我錢，大概等了十五分鐘，而且收了我6000阿里阿里，和原本訂房網上金額需付2038阿里阿里有差異，但現場沒有會說英語的服務人員，另，我留下e-mail要住房證明，一直到今天沒有任何回覆🙈

The location is just in the city. Amazing, Highly Recommend

Because I had to go to Murondawa from Tana, I stayed for one night. The overall hotel was good (the surrounding environment was messy), but the service attitude was very satisfactory. Our transportation arrangement was set off at 5 am and even helped us prepare breakfast. It was really intimate!

The hotel was clean and safe. Rooms on higher floors are recommended. The streets nearby are very busy in the daytime and deserted at night.

The hotel's location is excellent, with many small shops nearby where you can buy souvenirs. The hotel has a swimming pool and sauna on the basement floor, as well as a paid spa. The bar and restaurant are not large, but the food and drinks offered are delicious. However, a major issue with the room I stayed in this time was insufficient water pressure from the pump. Aside from that, everything else was OK.
