My wife and I were extremely satisfied with our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Maldives. The experience started smoothly even before check-in. We had arrived in Malé late the night before, and the Hard Rock team contacted and coordinated directly with the hotel we were staying at, making our transfer to the resort very easy and stress-free. All of the staff we met were friendly, polite, and welcoming. As an Accor Diamond member, I had originally considered staying at the Pullman or Sofitel, but after researching the different resorts, we felt that Hard Rock offered the experience that suited us best—and we were very happy with that decision. One of the biggest surprises was just how much there was to do. The resort offered many complimentary activities, entertainment, and shows. We first met one of the instructors, Pensi, during another dinner/show, and because she was so friendly and enthusiastic, we decided to join her hammock/silks class. It ended up being a lot of fun. She also performed in her own show the following day, which was amazing and became one of the highlights of our stay. My wife and I are not really into water sports, but we decided to try kayaking and were very glad we did. It gave us some beautiful views of the resort and surrounding water, as well as some great photos. Cycling between the connected islands was another simple activity that turned out to be surprisingly memorable and gave us some amazing photo opportunities along the way. Breakfast had a huge selection and everything we tried tasted great. We also ordered in-room dining, which was very easy through the resort's dedicated app. Getting around was simple as well. We could book a buggy through the app or use the bicycles that were available around the island. We stayed in a Platinum Overwater Pool Villa, and the room was clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. We could watch the sunrise from our private pool and also step directly from the villa into the ocean below. It was exactly the kind of Maldives experience we had imagined. We came expecting beautiful scenery, clear water, and amazing photos and videos, and Hard Rock certainly delivered all of that. What we did not expect was how much the activities, recreation, entertainment, and shows would add to the experience. They made the stay much more enjoyable and memorable than simply staying at a beautiful resort. We also appreciated seeing the resort manager attend Pensi's show and personally speak with guests. It gave us the impression that the management team genuinely makes an effort to engage with guests, listen to feedback, and make everyone’s stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives gave us everything we had hoped for from our Maldives trip, plus much more than we expected. We would be very happy to stay again.

A. Family trip, two villas. One sunset deluxe beach pool villa, and one sunset beach pool villa. 1. The deluxe villa is very luxurious and new, with air conditioning in the bathroom, but it's far from the restaurant and relatively further from the beach compared to non-deluxe rooms. 2. The regular villa is next to the restaurant, very close to the main pool and the lobby. However, it's older than the deluxe villa and its bathroom doesn't have air conditioning. B. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 20-minute speedboat ride from Malé airport. C. We bought the full board package. The restaurant specializes in Indian cuisine, which we really enjoyed. Juices and beverages are only available at breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you can only order à la carte; soft drinks are $5, juices are $10, plus an additional 27% service charge and tax. Haha... D. The excursions are too expensive, it really hurt my wallet (see picture). It's better to book them on a local island. E. You can snorkel near the overwater bungalows and the jetty, but there aren't many marine creatures, and the water quality is just average. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Next time, I definitely need to visit a local island, it's so much more economical... PS. It's best to download WhatsApp in advance. Our butler didn't really use WeChat and was often unreachable...

In short: Highly recommend!!!!!!! Their all-inclusive package is REAL! You can spend a week here without spending a penny while enjoying a lot of free activities. You can book tennis and pickleball court, yoga sessions, fitness classes and other workshops FOR FREE. Believe me, your schedule will be filled up very soon. I love their buggy service that maximises your overall experience and comfort. All staff here are well-trained, polite, friendly and welcoming. One little hiccup — our experience will be highly elevated if their app were more user-friendly. It took us around 2 days to understand how it works.

Finally done with work, I can now write a review about the Maldives. I feel like the hotel I picked this time was exceptionally good. The hotel offers complimentary round-trip speedboat transfers. Our flight arrived around 10:00 AM, and while the normal check-in time in the Maldives is 2:00 PM, we arrived at the hotel around 11:00 AM and they still arranged a room for us immediately, so we could rest without waiting at the front desk. The front desk had a lovely lady who spoke Chinese, and she was incredibly polite and friendly. The only minor drawback was that I couldn't see anything while snorkeling here, which might also be due to my skill level. There are three islands connected, with a total of three hotels and over a dozen restaurants. I originally thought I wouldn't find much good food in the Maldives, but the hotel's food was surprisingly delicious. We chose the half-board option. For dinner, you could pick any restaurant and choose three dishes. All the staff were very friendly. On our last day, our flight was at 9:00 PM, and while normal check-out is at noon, they allowed us to stay until 5:30 PM before transferring us, which was perfect for heading to the airport. The most touching part was that one of our travel companions had a birthday, and while we were out, the hotel secretly put a cake and wine in our room. It was truly very touching and an unexpected surprise. This trip to the Maldives was incredibly surprising and delightful; I had a wonderful time!

This is a perfect place for a good holiday! The hotel is really clean and brand-new. The rooms are very cosy, cleaned every day, the view from the balcony is really nice. Talking about the food, it can seem simple, but actually it’s very tasty and nutritious, you never feel hungry. The desserts are also really nice. The working team is very friendly, they always try to do their best. We also went fishing from the hotel, guys were really helpful, everything was amazing. If you’re not sure about this place because of some reviews, I should tell you, that if a person wants to find something bad, he definitely will. Island is small, yes, but that’s good, not so many people are there, the beach and water is clean, you still have some shops with everything you need. We have never smelt any smell from the trash burning mentioned in the reviews. We would definitely recommend this place, it has been one of our best experiences with sea holidays so far. What can be improved for the hotel: if you have an opportunity, add more sun beds to the beach with the umbrellas. It’s not that bad, but probably not always enough for all your tourists. All the rest was just amazing! We would like to come back!

Very nice and comfortable accommodation. Went with a friend of mine back in October 2023, and we were greeted by a warm friendly receptionist and a clean lobby. Our room was on the second floor, with very comfortable beds, toilets, and necessary amenities. Except that the sink's tap water smelled a little funny which we avoided using. However the reception was quick to send over whatever we requested, like water, clean towels etc. Would definitely book again if i ever visit Himmafushi again next time!

Rooms are clean with sea view, with basic amenities with daily water, tea/ coffee, and towels are provided.Special thanks to Abishek from HK he was very attentive he acknowledges my request and resolved very quickly as my bathroom faucet was leaking. Food & Drinks: Wide buffet & à la carte options at affordable prices, with non-alcoholic beverages. Dinner with live music made evenings extra special. Sisha option was also a alternative choice as island not serving alcohol. Breakfast buffet was good healthy choice with friendly service staff specially Hasan ali (friendly and professional man) Abash attentive and prompt service.Hasim/mahmood and one indian lady from Lucknow( good recommendation and suggestive selling) Nightlife & Activities: Relaxing and charming nightlife. Night vibes was really amazing dining ambience is same as five star resort level. Water sports like stingrays and sharks snorkelling and Sandbank full days tours were unforgettable. Reservations cheking and checkout processes was little tired For guests on long journeys who arrive early at the airport (e.g., 9:00 AM) but have transfers to the island only at 13:00, consider providing alternative options such as a comfortable lounge, refreshments, or earlier boat transfers. Waiting 4+ hours after a long 9-hour flight can be tiring, so small adjustments would greatly improve guest experience. After experiencing a period of burnout, this resort was exactly what I needed to recharge and find a fresh perspective on life. Seamless Arrival & Pristine Beauty From the moment we deal with the staff at the arrival area, the experience was effortless. The resort provides a dedicated luxury speedboat that picks you up and drops you off directly at the airport. It takes away all the stress of travel logistics. The island itself is incredibly well-maintained. The sand is powdery white, and the entire resort is kept spotlessly clean, preserving the natural beauty of the Maldives. A Sanctuary for Peace What I appreciated most was how the resort caters to both physical and spiritual well-being. They have a beautifully maintained mosque on the island, which is very serene, clean and well-kept. It added a layer of calm and convenience that made the stay even more meaningful And not to forget, for your food of mind, they also have a mini library so that we can lay down through out the stay accompanied by the book of our choice. It can be borrowed & later returned via the reception. Unforgettable Highlights Snorkeling from the Villa: One of the best parts of the stay was being able to jump straight into the crystal clear water for snorkeling right under my room. The marine life is vibrant and right at your doorstep. Dolphins at Breakfast: Imagine sipping your morning coffee and watching dolphins play in the distance. We were lucky enough to spot them during breakfast, which was a magical way to start the day. Stargazing: During serene night, either near the beach or while you slowly brisk walking back to your room, it’s surely the perfect place to just enjoy the Maldivian night sky with the beautiful shining stars smiling at you. The Staff: The service here is world-class. Every staff member is genuinely kind, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay perfect. They really go the extra mile to ensure you feel at home. The Perfect Cure for Burnout The atmosphere at Grand Park Kodhipparu is incredibly quiet and private. It is the perfect place to sit with a book, listen to the waves, and clear your mind. I left the island feeling like a new person, with a renewed spirit and a calm heart. Final Verdict: A 10/10 experience. Whether you are seeking luxury or a deep mental reset, this is the place to be. We cannot recommend it enough! 😘

We were completely satisfied with our vacation! The hotel isn't new, but everything is in good condition. It's an excellent hotel for its price-quality ratio. It's only a 15-minute speedboat ride from Malé. We booked through Trip.com and were met individually. The best standard rooms are 175-200, facing the best beach with a house reef. More expensive room categories are in less swimmable locations. Housekeeping twice a day. The food is varied, with something new for lunch and dinner every day – fish, chicken, seafood day, lamb day. The all-inclusive cocktails are a bit watered down and the selection is limited, but you can't say anything was missing. The corals on the house reef are a bit tired, but there are many fish, small sharks, and it's beautiful overall; we swam every day and never got bored. On the opposite side from the main beach is the beautiful Bandos Rock reef – there's never anyone there, and there seemed to be more marine life. Excursions need to be booked well in advance, several days ahead – there's swimming with manta rays, sharks, fishing, and dolphins – there likely won't be spots if you try to book the day before. There's a sufficient amount of Russian-speaking staff, including many great guys from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

So relaxing this trip ! Cannot wait to go Maldives again . Snorkelling is the best water activities in here . Saw lots of sharks,fish, sting Ray ,few turtle near by the water villa .every thing you can eat , drink . No extra fee. Very high CP value this hotel .highly recommended to some who is the first time and save money.Hotel arranged fishing and snorkelling for every customer.
