Hotels With Spa in Jalisco, Mexico

Although the hotel is old, it is still relatively clean. The exhibition hall is across the street. I have to praise the breakfast here. There are many varieties. Later, I went to hotels in other cities in Mexico. The breakfast was really different from here, especially the vegetable juice. I had to have a cup every day. Later, the vegetable juice I drank in other hotels was really hard to describe, not only in appearance but also in taste. Highly recommended.

What an honour to be amongst the newest guests of this recently opened, fully modern Case Salles Hotel Boutique. Each staff member went above and beyond in gracious hosting. The hotel arranged Distillery Tequila tours, including their own El Tequileno (Mexico's best kept secret), which is housed next door. Their court yard's Mango trees shades the grounds, and is the inspiration for the restaurant, named ”Mango” where an impressive menu full of deliciousness awaits. Then there is a sap, pool, sky bar, and roof top- where you can view your authentic Tequila sunrise. I will return ASAP with my children.

Good location. Rooms are good but not perfectly done. For example, no locer in the toilet :-) no place to hang jacket at the entrance and so on

Food at the hotel wasn't very good but it was cheap hotel was in a relatively good location but the rooms didn't look like the pictures. There's a lot of junk on the same floor as the swimming pool. The curtains could use a good cleaning the room doesn't look sparkly. I like the colonial architecture and the location but I would not stay there again I would stay someplace a little nicer. My room was also pretty small.

El personal fue muy amable, ingresamos y salimos del lugar algunas veces por la madrugada, y siempre fueron muy serviciales. Una gran ventaja es que hay estacionamiento. Las instalaciones muy cómodas. Sólo no pudimos utilizar la televisión en funciones como proyectar pantalla o conectarnos a Internet.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. I accidentally clicked the wrong button when purchasing the ticket and booked it one day earlier, but the hotel refused to refund me.

The control had no batteries, they did not respond in lovi, the view was bad touched us 4 floors.

Good location, service staff is OK, affordable

Todo el personal fue encantador. La ubicación perfecta al lado de Chichén Itzá. La calidad de la comida del restaurante muy buena. Precios acordes. Todo muy bie
