Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel and room. The room was comfortable, quiet and very comfortable bed. Great pools to relax after a long hot day out. I really liked the honey shower gel and extras. I would definitely stay in hotel hacienda again without a doubt.

I really like this old hotel, the perfect location, the Buddha and the warm service, the Mexican service is really very good. The executive floor is set, and those snacks and coffee breakfast are free. The service is really great, people can't help but tip more.

The first floor was a standard cleaning service, although we had to request health care paper on the 4th day, At the beginning of the day when the air conditioning was set on, this had a water leak by enchuring the entrance to the room, which was reported, taking account of the disadvantage.
In the 6th floor room is not cleaning the room above all the bathroom, it is noticed that only beds were held, one of the days stayed in the room arrives the cleaning service and is expected outside the room and in 3 The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
I hope that the comment will be taken into account to strengthen the opportunities areas so that the service does not fall to the benefit of the hotel and the customers.
