GGuest UserThis was our 1st stay in the resort and it turned out to an interesting & awesome experience!
We checked-in on 11th of March & checked-out on 13th of March. I booked a 2-single bed room but the hotel given us a king bed room at the upper floor. After talking to the front desk. I was told only king bed room was available. However, my wife didn't have a good night sleep as she was having light sleep, so easily waken-up due to noise & movement. The upper floor somehow was noisy due to the traffic outside the hotel. We have no choice but to feedback to the hotel manager on the 2nd day. The manager Ms Su was kind enough and upgraded us to a 2 bedroom suite on the ground floor, with 2 single beds & a king bed. That made our 2nd night slept peacefully. Thanks Ms Su of her attentiveness.
The morning breakfast was a ala carte menu of Malaysian & western cuisine. Not a fantastic food but the service given by the professional F&B staffs made the experience so pleasant! Sincere thanks to F&B supervisor Santhosh & staff Myint of their attentive service.

Iice27Affortable hotel with magnelificent view, plenty amount of facilities, and delicious breakfast with variety of choice. Ofcourse there is a room for improvement in term of facility time closure which to me not too convinient (Open 8am-9pm ONLY) but overall is fine.

Ttravelbug123What an excellent respite to this place after a trip coming from KL ! All the staff are friendly, welcoming and so helpful without being over the top - from the bellboys, reception, janitors to kitchen staff. Big shout out to them for the great service and thank you ! The bellboys especially were so enthusiastic in helping us with the luggages and so friendly in greeting every customer. Service recovery was also very efficient, we had an unsatisfactory issue with our room but it was resolved very quickly by the front desk lady manager on duty. The location and facilities of the hotel is also excellent - property is clean and well maintained, towels for beach and pool aplenty and poolside and beach facilities efficient. Room may not be big but it was well designed and well thought out and had everything you need for a good beach holiday. The balcony is clean and with outdoor chairs that one can actually sit in comfortably. Housekeeping was also excellent and thorough every single day. Kudos to the team ! Check-in is late at 4pm but I understand that's because rooms will only be ready for guests after a quality control inspection. I can really tell the attention to details in the housekeeping and room design. Food from the pool bar was really excellent ! Breakfast was enjoyable. We also dined at the Italian Bistro one evening and it was good though not cheap ! One feedback I have would be to include a multi layer clothes drying rack in the balcony ! Thumsb up and 5 stars all round from me !

GGuest UserThis was my first time vacationing here, and overall I’m extremely satisfied with the experience. The staff were very polite, warm, and sincere, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout our stay. The unique beachfront scenery is even more stunning than in the photos.
The food was above average, and we ended up having all our meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—at the hotel during our stay. We also tried the massage therapy, and I have to say the environment was absolutely amazing—listening to the sound of the waves while enjoying professional massage techniques was a five-star experience.
We also went on a Jungle Trial. There are a few spots where clearer directional signage could be added.
As a small suggestion for the hotel, you might consider setting up a small shop selling souvenirs,postcards and snacks. Guests can truly relax and spend a leisurely time within the hotel without needing to go anywhere.
I would definitely come back again.

AAnonymous UserExcellent location where hotel provide buggy services from room to any location inside the resort. Staff were all friendly and helpful with our needs. Delivering of items when we requesting also very timely.
Reception counter also provide snorkelling, diving, and other water sports booking with reasonable charges. Renting of equipment also available if needed.
However, the sofa appeared to be a bit dusty below the cushion. Ants were seen inside the toilet sink. Otherwise the experience will be even more better.

SSyafiqah02This is our first time staying at this hotel and dare I say, it was one of the best 5-star hotels I’ve been in. Will definitely, definitely come again. Everything and everyone were wonderful. The room was so squeaky clean and no speck of dusts anywhere. The bathroom’s design was top notch I love every inch of it. And the room had carpet-floor which made it easier and less painful for my baby to crawl around. The view was to die for. Very secluded and private and calm. Okay now the breakfast, heads off to the chef, the foods were amazing. I think this hotel has been here for quite a while now but they had managed to maintain and made it look like brand new. Two things I wanna suggest a bit, maybe can provide a prayer mat for the muslims or the front desk maybe should ask first whether we need any prayer mats, that would’ve been nice. One other thing, during breakfast, maybe can make sure the utensils are more accessible rather than upon request cause each table was provided with limited number of spoons and forks. But yeah other than that, everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Huge thanks to Mark as well cause he did a wonderful job assisting us to our room and everything. Kudos to every staffs here, they were so nice and helpful. Oh yeah almost forgot about the welcome drinks, they were absolute perfect thank you so much. Will come again and again. Best hotel here.
