Had a pleasant stay for a short business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Amenities were complete, especially the gym which was convenient and clean. Location is also strategic with easy access to nearby restaurants and conveniences. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Would definitely consider staying here again for future work trips.
The room was spacious and the air conditioning was comfortably cold, which I really appreciated. However, the carpet was dirty and there were noticeable cigarette marks on it, which affected the overall cleanliness. The shower pressure was just okay, not very strong. With some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, the stay could be much better.

Very nice view but it’s hard if you wish to find food outside since you have to grab out. Food delivery is not allowed. The food options are good but of course it’s for the price that you pay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Our small family decided to have a staycation in few hotel/resort and by far Sutera has won our heart. This place is amazing and i suggest anybody who wants to experience this place to stay more than 1Night. The room is still in its Vintage style , tv only has those old channel , there's one bathtub in the room which we loved specially my son,for the breakfast i do believe they can add more choices as they are more korean dishes focused, it'll be nice to have local kuih (hinompuka/pais pisang) other than kuih pisang only.. But other than that, you actually get free 1hour of bike rental on ur stay which we only know when we ask around, it was located right in front of the kids pool , other than that they do have a small train going around from Magellan to Pacific sutera and its FOC!!! I loved the staff energy the entire time, he asked our son to be in his seat as a driver and even let my son press few button and act like he's driving the train!! god bless your fun soul sir!! keep up the good work!! we will definitely be back again soon🥰❣️

Amazing room and service provided ! Room looks exactly like in the picture with more heartwarming items for loan for example power bank , foldable umbrella , free- flow mineral water , drinks, earplugs and etc.
I would said it’s nearly perfect except a small flaw. If you are driving a car , it will be slight frustrated as only the Lift Bomba can access to the parking lot. When you press the lift , it’s all by luck whether the lift bomba will come first , if it’s not , you have to make the other lift go down first , then only press again for the lift bomba to come up. Understand that this will be the problem on the residence apartment design , besides than this no complain at all , location is definitely a great spot with maximum convenience!

The hotel is located at a prime location in the city centre of KK. I’ve booked a room with sea view and it’s the best seaview I’ve ever seen. The morning buffet has a lot of varieties and things are pretty good. The staffs also very friendly with fantastic customer service.
This is my third time staying here. First and foremost, I'd say this hotel offers excellent value for money.
Second, definitely opt for a newly renovated room. For just over 100 RMB more, the experience is significantly better, making it well worth the extra cost.
Breakfast is pretty dismal with very little to choose from, and the dining area gets incredibly crowded. Furthermore, they now have staff at the entrance strictly checking breakfast vouchers, so don't expect taller children to get a free meal.
Lastly, I've driven here for all three of my stays. If you're not driving, the location is quite remote, with no shops or restaurants nearby – you'd need at least a 15-minute drive to find anything.
I stayed at Pan Borneo Hotel and overall had a great experience. The room is big, clean and comfortable. I booked the city view & mountain view room type, and it was worth it—early in the morning you can catch a beautiful sunrise right from the window.
The location is also very convenient. Surrounding the hotel, there are many shop lots, and right beside it is One Place Mall, which is perfect for shopping or grabbing a bite.
If you’re taking an early flight, this hotel is a good choice as it’s only about 5–10 minutes from the airport

This is a very old hotel currently undergoing renovations, which wasn't indicated on Trip.com. This was quite disappointing, especially considering how expensive it was. The hotel likely has 500-600 rooms, and the soundproofing is very poor; you can hear people walking upstairs or in the hallway on the same floor. It's suitable for families, and a 2-night stay is probably enough. The hotel service is five-star. Breakfast, however, was unappetizing and lacked character, and the dining area was very crowded. The adult pool isn't large, but the kids' pool has many fun features for children. The hotel's island hopping and water activities are extremely well-designed and prioritize safety, meeting five-star standards.
The entire hotel feels very new and modern, which is great! 👍 I'd even say it rivals the Park Hyatt. The room size is standard, but the bathroom has excellent hot water supply, and there's a balcony facing east, perfect for catching the sunrise 🌅. Just make sure to close the balcony door tightly, or the air conditioning won't blow cold air 😞. The pool is on the sixth floor, and you need to provide your room number every time you go. The hotel breakfast is very good; I particularly recommend their chicken congee 🥣 – it's delicious, I had two bowls every day 😋. The cakes 🍰 look nice, but they're a bit sweet. There's also a SPA at this hotel, but it doesn't seem to be affiliated with the hotel; I suspect it's privately run. You need to book a day in advance, and they only accept cash, WeChat Pay, or Alipay transfers – credit cards aren't an option. A 60-minute foot massage for two costs over 600 RMB 💰. Unlike in China, there's no shoulder and neck massage; you just wash your feet, move to another room, and the massage begins. Afterwards, they provide a plate of prawn crackers and two cups of ginger tea. I found it pretty average, and the price felt a bit steep.

EElizabeth Ong Hui LingService is excellent. Staff do not hesitate to help, always address travellers politely, and take the initiative to serve water, give suggestions, overall making your experience smooth and fulfilling.
Food is also very delicious — other reviews say the food is pricey, but I think it’s quite affordable and well worth the price.
Rooms are large, comfortable and well-furnished.
Will definitely be back!
GGuest UserHotel is a little off from city centre, hotel providing shuttle bus but still a hassle to spend hours on road.
hotel is a perfect place to spend days with family and just chill. there are plenty of activities planned for kids to keep them busy. Discovery center and Water sports center provides activities with charges.
Due to the fact of by the beach, to maintain a perfect cleaniless is a challenge but hotel has done it well, very comfortable to stay in the room.
The staffs hospitality is what we like the most here, they are really friendly and usually initiate conversation with the guests.
AAnonymous UserThe island trip was truly unforgettable, the service was excellent, the staff were warm and welcoming, breakfast was a great experience thanks to the staff Anizah, who were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist, the room was comfortable, every moment was filled with memories that will be cherished for a long time. And thank you to Arthur for always being helpful. Will come back again.

VVincentRelaxing environment and good service esp. the credit shall go to the F&B team, though a bit pricey but the food quality is there. Snorkelling at the beach is a must go, if you stay here for a couple of days you may bypass the island hopping.

GGuest UserMy girlfriend and I chose an overwater bungalow for our island vacation and ultimately decided on Dragon Pearl Water Villas on Pom Pom Island. It proved to be an excellent choice. The island is quite remote, requiring a 45-minute boat ride from the mainland. It was incredibly clean, unlike other islands we've visited, with absolutely no trash. We also visited during the off-season, meaning fewer crowds, which made for a truly fantastic stay.
Staying in an overwater bungalow for a night was a wonderful experience. We could directly witness both the sunrise and moonrise from our room, with fish swimming right beneath us in the clear waters. While the facilities were a bit basic, the natural environment and the overall island development were outstanding. It's truly perfect for couples on a romantic getaway or honeymoon, and also great for girlfriends traveling together to take beautiful photos.
The hotel service was also good. While not as convenient as on the mainland (which is to be expected for an island resort), it was generally fine. Overall, I think it's a superb choice and I highly recommend it to everyone.
A tip: For the hotel's airport transfer and speedboat services to and from the island, it's crucial to confirm details with both Ctrip and the hotel in advance. Ctrip did an excellent job coordinating everything beforehand, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. Fantastic!
