"The service was good and the room was spacious. The location was in a back corner of an industrial estate.
The room itself was okay, but the sanitary facilities were poorly installed and not tidy; for instance, there were cracks in the bathtub, the shower knobs were half-working, and the water from the rain shower came from the ceiling instead of the shower head. The room itself had seen better days.
The hotel is fine for a business trip, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for a romantic getaway."

marcryuOverall experience was great, one of the late morning check-in male staff was really welcoming and even upgraded me to a higher floor with a fantastic view of the river. But since the checkin is 3pm, when I got back, another burlier guy got us our keys but was way too serious and sombre. It's fine but a smile would go a long way. One tiny irk was the lack of bedroom slippers in a carpeted room. I feel it should be basic. And this is the one time I didn't bring a just-in-case pair and i was caught out. Anyway, location is good, tram connection to the Centraal Station just across the street or a 10min walk.

DianzixiaozhongSteigenberger Airport Hotel Amsterdam actually has a whole honeycomb for breakfast! Their breakfast is truly amazing – a honeycomb, grapefruit, freshly made 'jianbing guozi' (a savory Chinese crepe), and the best omelets I've ever had. Definitely lives up to its reputation as a classic German hotel.
Oh, and out of the four pillows, one is lavender-filled. It felt lumpy at first, and I thought it was a buckwheat pillow. I slept wonderfully.
There were many Chinese and German guests, and a lot of flight attendants were also having breakfast there. There's a forest near the hotel, perfect for morning runs.
However, the facilities are a bit old, and the toiletries feel like those in a budget hotel, all 2-in-1.

jhonyjaimesThis hotel is about 8 minutes from the airport. There is a shuttle bus service from the airport to the hotel for free, but from the hotel to the airport it costs 5 Euros. A deposit of 50 Euros needs to be paid during check-in. They DO NOT take cash. Only payments with cards are allowed. The hotel is ok for a night if you need to take an early flight. That's it. For the shuttle bus, there is a bus station right outside the airport. Follow the signs ”Hotel Transfer” or ”Hotel Shuttle Bus”. Not difficult to find.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is very convenient. It is within walking distance of most tourist attractions in the city center. The hotel staff are very polite and the room is cleaned every day. It is a hotel that I highly recommend. I will definitely stay here next time👍

Guest UserClean hotel close to the airport. Airport shuttle is very convenient, no need to book when going to the hotel and only 5euros each person if going to the airport, very convenient. The shuttle drivers were very nice and helpful. Overall front desk staff were nice. Rooms and facilities were clean and modern. The train station is about 10 minutes walk away through a field and up a flight of stairs which would be ok if you do not have heavy luggage. I did not have breakfast here

ЕленаСтрGreat location, close to the train station and the city's main attractions. There's a tram stop nearby, and you can be in the museum district in just 10 minutes.
We were able to check in earlier than expected, and the room looked just like the pictures. It was clean, but very basic – no slippers or tissues. This is the first time I've stayed in a 4-star hotel room without cups (just glasses) and teaspoons (just wooden stirrers). Instant coffee in the room for a 4-star hotel is pretty underwhelming; usually, at this level, you get pour-over coffee or a Nespresso machine.
The price is high, but for the same money, you'd get a much higher standard in a 4-star hotel in neighboring Belgium.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right by the square and Queen's Department Store. I highly recommend it; getting around is super convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful (except for a few in the restaurant who seemed to be from Southeast Asia; they spoke to you as if they were scolding you, and their attitude was quite rude, which really detracted from the overall staff image). Breakfast was quite plentiful, and the room size was decent and quiet. However, due to the layout, you could only fully open one large suitcase without it getting in the way of walking.

Anonymous UserI really loved it! I'd definitely stay here again when I'm in Amsterdam. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, but it's a pleasant stroll. The hotel was clean, and above all, stylish; I actually looked forward to coming back to it. I think the subdued lighting design contributed to the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The front desk staff were all very polite and helpful too.

Guest UserThe service is excellent and the location is also excellent. Although it is not newly renovated, it does not look old at all. Guests staying in the hotel can also make priority reservations for the Michelin 2-star restaurant in the hotel. Attached is the menu for reference
