"We really liked the hotel and our room. The air conditioning worked very well, the room had a lovely view, and the lobby offered several comfortable areas for working. We also appreciated the self-service Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby.
There are only a few areas that could be improved. The mattress and bedding felt quite old and overly soft, so the bed did not provide the comfort we would expect from a hotel of this standard. The bathroom door did not close properly and had a large cut-out, which offered very little privacy and did not feel appropriate.
Housekeeping also arrived quite late, usually at around 3:00 p.m., and some of the rubbish bins were not emptied.
Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel four stars, but improving the beds, bathroom privacy, and housekeeping consistency would make the experience even better."

The NH Noordwijk Conference Centre Leeuwenhorst hotel is set in the beautiful tulip field region of Holland, near a long sandy beach. A 10-minute bus ride will take you to the Leiden Central Station and Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport is just a short drive away. You can also drive to the Noordwijk beach or ride a bike to the Keukenhof gardens. There are 513 rooms at NH Noordwijk Conference Center Leeuwenhorst, many of which offer a lovely views over the surrounding tulip fields which bloom between the end of March and May. The hotel offers a large spread for breakfast each morning. For lunch and dinner, guests can choose from a selection of dishes at our à la carte restaurant. Guests have access to an indoor bowling alley as well as the possibility to rent a bicycle. With its 123 meeting rooms, the hotel is an excellent space for conferences and functions.
"Overall, it's pretty good. The bed is comfortable, the hotel environment is nice, and the food is decent. The service is also acceptable. My only complaint is the lack of bottled water; I had to specifically ask the front desk for slippers. Also, the beds in the room are a bit too close together."

Great location in the city center, very close to the train station. There's a subway station right outside, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are lots of Chinese restaurants nearby. The service was excellent – very friendly and polite. While it was called an 'executive room,' it was essentially a standard king room, but perfectly adequate and clean.

Elenka AngeThanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Guest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right outside the metro station, and close to both the water bus stop and the bridge. The room was spacious enough, but the shower design was a bit odd; the half-glass partition completely failed to prevent water from splashing out. Because the room faced the main road, it couldn't entirely block out the noise from the tram. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Housekeeping wasn't thorough enough, as the hair in the sink wasn't cleaned for several consecutive days of my stay.

rock888I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room.

Guest UserThe staff at the reception desks were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome when we arrived. We were pleased that we could use the pool, but was surprised that hotel guests are only allowed to use the pools in the morning between 8 and 9.30am, as the rest of the day, usage of the facility became part of a payable spa experience open to public. I do not think that was clear online during the booking, and on the whole, this has never been experienced in any other hotels we'd come across. The view of the city from the windows in our room was excellent. The environment within the hotel has been calm and quiet.

Anonymous UserThe room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldn’t chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too.
The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20€.

Prima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

The location was chosen due to a meeting in the immediate surroundings of this hotel at a very early morning. Thanks to the Navigation without problems arrived. Received route made in English - just like at breakfast. Cleanly cared - well decorated.

Guest UserWe received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!
