"Overall, a pretty good experience! I arrived in Rotterdam around 11 AM and tried to check in, but was told the room wasn't ready yet. So I just dropped off my luggage and went out to explore. When I returned to the hotel around 6 PM to check in, the front desk informed me that all the standard rooms were taken. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a river-view room, directly facing the Erasmus Bridge! The room was also larger than the standard rooms I'd stayed in at other hotels in the same chain (perhaps due to my Hilton Honors membership, or maybe because a tour group had booked all the standard rooms). The hotel is conveniently located with a metro station right outside that goes directly to The Hague, and a tram that takes you to Rotterdam Central Station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is next to a main road, so there can be some noise from motorcycles. If that bothers you, I'd recommend requesting a room facing the river."

Elenka AngeThanks, everything was great. It's a bit far from public transport, but there's a beach with seals nearby. The room was spacious, and the bed, mattress, and pillows were comfortable. The shower worked. Housekeeping was available on request. Most importantly, it was quiet.

Very nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !!
However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

rock888I couldn't check in because they couldn't find my booking and my name wasn't on their list. I've stayed at countless hotels, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. It took almost two hours to sort out, which was a huge waste of my time. Eventually, Trip.com found the hotel's internal booking number through an email the hotel sent me. Trip.com's handling was excellent; they upgraded me to a sea-view room and provided complimentary breakfast. Honestly, this wasn't Trip.com's fault, it was entirely the hotel's. The hotel gave me two drink vouchers and told me to wait in the restaurant, but after sitting there for ages, no one paid any attention to me. I showed them the vouchers, but no one asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for Wi-Fi and they gave me two long passwords, neither of which worked. The service was absolutely terrible. On the bright side, I did get to see a beautiful sunset from the room.

Guest UserThe staff at the reception desks were always helpful and friendly. We felt welcome when we arrived. We were pleased that we could use the pool, but was surprised that hotel guests are only allowed to use the pools in the morning between 8 and 9.30am, as the rest of the day, usage of the facility became part of a payable spa experience open to public. I do not think that was clear online during the booking, and on the whole, this has never been experienced in any other hotels we'd come across. The view of the city from the windows in our room was excellent. The environment within the hotel has been calm and quiet.

Anonymous UserThe room was so clean and spacious! I enjoyed the big TV screen as well. Somehow I couldn’t chromecast Netflix. The staff were very kind too. Check-in and out was very smooth too.
The breakfast was sufficient, though, I thought it was mediocre for 20€.

Prima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

Maarten JansenFriendly service and nice room with free drinks in the mini bar (in many hotels these days they are empty).
It is unclear to me that the parking costs are 19.95 euros. It was not clearly stated prior to the stay and during check-in.
Eventually these were waived by the beverage manager. Friendly man.
I will come here again despite the Danish lady behind the reception who was rather sharp and curt.

Guest UserWe received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!
