The staff were very helpful, most especially Joanah from the front office team (apologies if I spelled her name incorrectly). The facilities, however, such as the sauna, shower & locker areas, pool and the gym, could use some updating and renovation. The hotel is also not very close to the city center, requiring about a 20 to 30 minute walk. Overall though, it was a good stay.

Absolutely perfect. I did a 3 days solo trip and chose this spot cause it’s so close to the city center and it was cute. Beautiful room & awesome having 24/7 front desk service. Love that I could keep my luggage there after checking out & even when I arrived a bit early before checking in. Very close to the tram/bus which was a LIFESAVER during my trip. 10/10 perfect for a couple or solo travelers

Guest UserDefinitely staying at The Thief upon our return to Oslo. Incredible customer service, comfortable beds, best water pressure I have have ever experienced with sizzling hot water! Incredible location! Walk everywhere! Dining and shops immediately outside the front door. Downstairs bar was super chill hang out with phenomenal cocktails. Sassy blossom was my favorite.
