Travellingcouple91523Amazing hotel. Good service and friendly staff members. Nice king bed and we had an extra sofa bed which is a bonus, it was set-up for free for us as my partner sleep snoring very loudly.
The location is great and easy to find.
The downgrade was the parking, there was no free parking as we had to pay $20 per 24hr. So we had to spent $60 just for parking, its ridiculous expensive. The hotel should've provide it free parking.
But other than that the stayed was amazing.
Had a great restaurant by the wharf and the food is amazing and bonus with an amazing views.

:))We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

We had a family room which was so spacious - the beds were huge and it’s cosy! The blowout curtains had us sleeping in more than it should’ve 😆
We had breakfast with our stay and it did not dissapoint there was such a selection from savoury to sweet and more! Love it coffee and juices included just amazing
The gym was so well equipped mlre than I’d expect so was pleasantly surprised and the equipment was all up to scratch and working smoothly
The spa was beautiful 🤩
The sauna was also good but it wasn’t as hot as would usually expect
It would be amazing if the bigger pool was heated so more ppl could enjoy swimming around together but it wasn’t like a cold plunge perfect for those who enjoy it after a sauna
The location is beautiful right near town a little walk away and parking was well priced and easy enough to organise
Thanks so much for having myself and my family
It made our stay that much more memorable

I had a truly wonderful stay at this retreat. The place itself is absolutely spectacular — very calming, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by breathtaking views. The deck is stunning, and it was the perfect spot to relax and unwind.
The owners were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay. Their hospitality genuinely stood out. The dogs were lovely and added so much warmth to the experience. Breakfast was excellent, and the variety of teas available was out of this world.
As a female solo traveller, I felt completely safe, comfortable, and well cared for, which is something I value highly. The atmosphere is peaceful and nurturing — exactly what you want from a retreat.
The only minor downside is that it’s a bit far from the shops (around a one-hour walk). However, this was easily managed as Uber is only a 6-minute drive, and the hosts were also kind enough to offer lifts when possible.
Overall, an absolutely stunning place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable stay

cyyqqThe hotel environment is fantastic, located right by the lake with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The facilities are excellent, and the overall quality is up to Hilton standards. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Queenstown.

flatfishmin1. The hotel is located in a huge shopping complex with supermarkets, restaurants, and clothing stores right next door, so no car is needed. There's a massive shared parking lot, but it's often hard to find a spot specifically for hotel guests. The front desk will ask for your license plate number.
2. The room is small, but generally clean and quiet.
3. Breakfast is a buffet, quite good for a 'Western-style' spread, and includes fried rice. You can also make your own fresh juice (apple and carrot).
Additionally, they have an EGG MENU. Just decide what you want (sunny-side up, over easy, or omelet) and tell the staff, and they'll bring it right to your table.

The location of this hotel is very good. It is right in the center of the town and you can walk to the most beautiful shore in three minutes. Anyway, it's convenient to go anywhere. The only problem is that you may have to look for parking on the roadside. The hotel room is really big, and the equipment and speakers inside are very good. It's also close to a bar, so it's a bit noisy at night. Everything in the refrigerator is free except alcohol, and there are unlimited refills. For breakfast, it is beautifully prepared on site downstairs. I remember that the big breakfast was about 30 New Zealand dollars. It is worth commenting and worth staying at.

The balcony is very French. The room smells like bbq though. Ventilation is a good thing unless we are just across the street from fergberger... Told the staff we want away from the buzzling restaurants, got reassured by the receptionist that we are indeed away from the restaurants, bot when we got to the room and boom it was facing the restaurants. We are not the type of person who go down the stairs to change rooms. The receptionist was very talkative and confident. I dont want to be rude but she kind of gave us a vibe of snake oil sales man... Pardon my French.

CharmaineChong1. Last 2 pictures were the view from the bedroom. Very comfy bed, spacious room , just the pillow a bit too thick.
2. The dinner was very good but very expensive .
3. Hot soak is FOC. Require booking 1 day in advance
4. The reception are all very helpful and nice especially we loved the young Asian tiny girl. Very smiley and always try to help and make herself clear.
Highly recommended.
