Good location, the hotel is not big, but the management is a bit chaotic, and I couldn't check in at 3 pm. The breakfast is very rich, and the breakfast of Panama five-star hotel is good. The room is spacious, facing the sea, and the view is good. The price is reasonable, and there are many big hotels and restaurants around.

This is a very overvalued hotel, in reality the amenities are quite a low standard, rooms need minor renovations, and the housekeeping and maintenance services need proper improvement! Maintenance issues: the sink had overspread issue, drainage issue, toilet had overfilling issue with a noise, shower vents didn’t close fully, unless you master the “secret”; floor in the bathroom was steep towards the bedroom area, instead of being steep towards the drainage hole, the entrance door wouldn’t close without noise because of touching the floor.. Housekeeping: they attended the room only after i asked and reminded. Even then they once didn’t clean the floor, twice didn’t provide refills of the amenities (water, tissues, etc.). Only after my kind complaint to the reception, they finally fixed the issues. The reception and restaurant staff are very nice, kind, and attentive! Thanks and well done!

The locación of the hotel is exellent, the metro station just behind the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The pool was amazing!! Veru big, clean and with a wet bar. Overall, everythinv was enormous: from the e trance to the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. The rooms are very spatious; but everything is rather old. The firniture has seen better days and the bathroom really needs a renovation. But hey, what more can one expect for the small amount we paid! The beds were very comfy. The only downpoint was the staff. Nobody seemed to be interested in our wellbeing, almost rude, which was a shame. But overall, we enjoyed the hotel very much, spending 3 lovely days at their enormous pool.

Location of the hotel is excellent as it is near the waterfront and you can walk to nearby malls. The only con with the hotel is the breakfast staff. They were not up to the standards of the hotel and had to be asked to refill water and milk in the communal jugs. They seemed very overwhelmed by their tasks and were not proactive enough. Aside from that, the hotel was very good.

The room itself was very beautiful with a stunning view. However, the reception staff was disappointing: they refused to check me in for half an hour because they hadn't seen my payment, even though I'd paid everything in advance. To avoid the wait, they offered a $300 deposit. It's a long way from the ocean and the promenade; you have to take a taxi. There's a nice pool, but the spa leaves much to be desired.

Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.

Of all the hotels I’ve stayed in at this price range, it was the best. They even let me check in early for a small fee. Unusually, the hotel had face towels. The pool was great and very clean without too much chlorine. Nice view. The food offered at the restaurant was pretty good for hotel food. The room was very clean. Easy walk to the pier area.

Because the air conditioning in other hotels was too noisy at night and I couldn't rest, I checked in at the Marriott in the middle of the night and the staff were very welcoming. Health: good Good environment good service

My stay was okay, good location close to amazing restaurants and the multi plaza mall. Breakfast and bar was okay with friendly staff. However the flaws were the room was freezing cold; tried to adjust but remained cold. Turned off the ac for the entire trip but was never hot. Room needs more amenities; offered only coffee we had to ask for tea, no bathrobes or slippers. Also house keeping cleaned rooms at 4 and later when guests are returning from a long day and need to enter. Not a bad hotel but needs to fix those issues.

The hotel is as the pictures demonstrated. The location is central next to every accessible services. Secure parking and metro just a few minutes away. The hotel service is excellent and the rooms are very clean. There is a small pool on the roof.
