GGuest UserHotel location ok, but not very well signed. Appalling parking. Room allocated (Queen) ok but location appalling ( open curtains to look onto maintenance yard!)
Very poor hot water in shower/bathroom. Towels appalling, very old and very hard. Wouldn’t clean my car with them.
Restaurant food very good except no wine of any nature despite the menu offering a wide selection. So very poor management control.
Swimming pool okay except some scum on surface of water and the mosaic tiles in and around pool needed cleaning badly and missing and loose tiles needed replacing. Better house keeping needed.

AAlbert0 travellerOverall a very good resort, located on the main road close to all the action and night life. They provide a free tuk tuk to take you to a particular place on this road whether it is a restaurant or the Cloud nine beach. The resort has its own small beach. The villas have a fan and air con.. The bathroom has 2 showers, one inside and one outside which is nice. The shower heads though are due for decalcification to provide a good and comfortable shower.
Be aware that villas that are located close to the road are quite noisy. Breakfast is buffet style and is served near the pool.
If you arrive before the official check in time of 2pm and even if your villa is ready, you will have to pay an extra fee to get the key.

GGuest UserThe place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

SSIEWWENGVery good, service is intimate. It is one of the best hotels in the north of General City near Cloud 9! This hotel is very popular in places where Siargao is so backward!
