Not the first time staying here, and will go back again. Location is perfect, all the necessities can be found within a walking distance. Amenities: All the important amenities are available except for hand towels and you have to beg for towels and pretty much the replenishment of amenities after the room is cleaned, far different from the last time when it was still Belmont. First room we were given had a very mouldy smell and which gave the kids and I instant headaches. They eventually changed it after about 4 hours of waiting and intervention by Trip.com. This really put a damper on things. Breakfast: Great, the variety is good, but it’s the same pretty much everyday. The beach: Within 5 minutes walk, but don’t you dare lose of misplace the beach pass paper tag, they’re very uptight about it. The beach if not the best beach, very rocky which makes swimming pretty uncomfortable. However, the pool area is awesome and there are sun loungers all around and that makes up for the unpleasant beach. They provide swimming towels too! I must say it has developed a lot since the last time I was here and I can only hope they will keep improving.

Lovely stay! Beautiful hotel, with fabulous pools and direct access to a pristine beach with stunning sunsets. Service was also really good. Tons of restaurants to eat within walking distance. Top class place! My only suggestion is to install coffee machines for breakfast - espressos and cappuccinos are not complimentary, only brewed black coffee is served.

Good hotel. we had the misfortune of staying on the same floor with a group of Chinese tourists, they staeted shouting at 7 in the morning in the corridor. The staff intervened promptly. Breakfast is decent forea few days trip, the bacon seems cooked in batches and reheated when needed, so it's too dry and not how it should be. The swimming pool is decent, you get sunshine between 10 am and 2 pm, then there is the shades of the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and truly appreciate the exceptional service provided by the staff. The front desk team was incredibly helpful—when my husband thought he had dropped his wallet in the car during our transit from the pier, they went above and beyond by checking the CCTV to help us track the car plate number. With their help, we discovered that the wallet was not left in the van. Eventually, we realized it had been dropped in a Grab car during our journey from Cebu City to Pier 1 Cebu, and we were able to successfully recover it. We are very grateful for their effort and support throughout the process. From the first day we checked in, the front desk staff noticed that my son was not feeling well. They kindly informed us that the resort has a nurse available and encouraged us to reach out if needed. On the third day, my 4-year-old son’s diarrhea became more serious, and the staff once again showed genuine care and concern. They arranged for a nurse to check on him, who provided helpful advice and referred us to a clinic doctor the next morning. This gave us great peace of mind as parents. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the pool—it was excellent. Overall, the warm hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the resort, the purple yam porridge is very nice. All the staff were very kind, helpful, friendly, and warm. We would definitely come back again if we travel to Bohol. One small suggestion would be to add a gym room for guests, which would make the facilities even more complete. Great location right on the beach with really nice sand and with lovely staff too.  However, the bed was really uncomfortable and am on pain killers as a result!… not acceptable for a £600 room. The food wasn’t exactly great either, though this is to be expected outside of major cities.

This is one gem in the heart of Panglao away from hustle and bustle if you want a quiet holiday. Family friendly that has everything you need. Good variety buffet breakfast and bar cocktail in the swimming pool. Walk further at the back and you’ll be at the beach but the beach seems polluted because of so many boats docked there and since it is the pick up point for island hopping. Be careful walking in the water as the area is sea urchins nest. Locals collect them in the afternoon and sell to passers by. Very nice for sunset photo shoots. The rooms of the hotel is descent in terms of size and very clean. Bathroom is well supplied and even an outdoor rubber slippers are provided. Swimming pool is regularly cleaned and heated. Reception area is very cozy and can be humid since this is not an airconditioned room. Staff are warm and very accommodating from the reception to front man and in buffet area. You can choose Tuktuk or Grab for transportation to go to Alona beach which is the heart of Bohol were you can shop, dine, drink and stroll. This is kinda little Boracay.

Room is not worth the price paid. Paid for 2 additional persons but no toiletries were added for them in contrast to what the staff said about additional guests. Some amenities are not available. No bikes, for game room access, you’re only given 30 mins for table tennis (that’s it for the whole family). Not everyone can use the inflatable slides (only for the two guests). P.S. Booked 2 rooms + 2 additional guests.

This is a fantastic hotel that makes you want to return. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-laid out, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and cozy, providing an excellent night's sleep with absolutely no noise disturbances. The bathroom was spotless, and the hot water was consistent and convenient to use. The staff were friendly, attentive, and promptly resolved any issues. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, immaculately clean, with thoughtful touches evident everywhere. The location is excellent, making travel easy, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. It offers incredible value for money, and my overall experience was perfect. Highly recommended!

We stayed for 2 nights. It was decent value for money. But lots of small giggles...our room was right kn top of the area that served bfast. Trolleys bringing food in made a lot of noise from 5 am! Towels were not freely available! Choice of food for vegetarians is limited.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend! A special thank you to Arvy at the front desk. She understood that we have an autistic child and helped arrange a higher-floor room so we could watch the Sinulog fireworks comfortably. Because of her help, we were able to enjoy an amazing view that made our experience truly memorable. Nustar is definitely one of the best places to stay in Cebu, with excellent front desk service.
