Very clean and modern Hotel, nice rooftop pool. The only thing I would complain about is the coffee at the breakfast. The taste is very watery and not strong as it should be. Also the cinnamon roll I bought from the restaurant was not fresh.

Im so delighted with the staff who provided me amazing service and hospitality. Kudos to NINA, Walter and to all staff who made me feel welcomed and valued. I will certainly be back. Room is clean and has cool AC. Quiet and homey place to stay. Just 1 ride from airport and nearby tourist spots

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Comfort and Service at an Amazing Value! I had an outstanding stay at Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel in Puerto Princesa. From check-in to check-out, the staff provided excellent customer service — always warm, attentive, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy, the linens fresh, and everything—from the bathroom to the minibar—was spotless. I also appreciated how quiet and relaxing the atmosphere was, perfect for unwinding after exploring the beautiful sights of Palawan. One of the highlights of my stay was the morning breakfast buffet. It offered a great variety of local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. From tropical fruits and made-to-order eggs to Filipino favorites and good coffee, it was the perfect way to start each day. The dining staff were equally wonderful—friendly, efficient, and attentive. Considering the high level of comfort, cleanliness, and service, the affordability of this hotel is truly impressive. You get a 5-star experience at a very reasonable price, making it one of the best values in Puerto Princesa. I highly recommend Best Western Plus The Ivy Wall Hotel to anyone visiting Palawan. Checking in to the Funny Lion in PPS after a week of touring Palawan felt like coming home and being able to finally relax. After seeing how beautiful the hotel is, we cancelled all the activities planned in the area and just focused on recovery and relaxation. The amenities are top-notch and the guests are isolated from the hot & dusty hussle and chaos. It was GREAT. Only wish we had a couple of extra days to enjoy it.

Absolute Paradise I cannot recommend Astoria Palawan enough! My husband and I recently stayed in one of the Villas, and it was the perfect home away from home. The space, the privacy, and the gorgeous views made our trip truly special. One of the highlights was the boat trip to the sand bar—a slice of heaven in the middle of the water. The team that took us out ensured we were safe and comfortable the entire time, making the experience completely worry-free and magical. The food was consistently excellent. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. For evening relaxation, we loved having drinks at The Dome—the atmosphere is unmatched. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff. Every single person we encountered went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I want to send a huge thank you to Segundo at the Canopy reception for his warm and efficient service. A special shout-out to Jacqklyn at The Dome for her wonderful evening service and making our nights out special, and to Mark at the Habitat Restaurant for his attentive care during our meals. We are also incredibly grateful to the team who safely took us to the sandbar—your professionalism was reassuring. Finally, a massive thank you to Agustin at the waterpark for his energy and helpfulness; he made the waterpark experience so much fun for us no. Room is clean, with friendly and nice staffs. Located just opposite the public market whereby you can get lots of fruits, vegetables etc. There are nearby supermarkets n small malls where you can get snacks and necessities. Also walking distance to SM mall. It is nearby the airport too. By tuk tuk it cost you 150 to get go airport. Walking distance to Baywalk where you can enjoy sunset and nice seafood dinners. Or relaxing stroll along the busy baywalk. Paid 300 to get to the other side Sicsican where Ka Joel, baker’s Hill, etc are.

Alain and Calou have a very charming and welcoming hotel! And what about the dive center and the dive sites! Professional staff, dedicated guides, and attentive staff—we enjoyed our stay. The only downside: we only booked a few nights :( We'll do it again. Thank you for everything! Oumayma and Souhaib!

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff in Carpe diem especially to Donald! ;) the guy at the reception i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment he gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Donald im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:) Thank you Carpe diem! For those who checked a high quality type of service and good place to stay please choose carpe diem by the way the food is great they have a big serving its all fantastic but the most highlight of my stay is the service of Donald;) please send my regards to him M

Lovely little resort on the beach! An amazing location and the friendliest staff. You can book bike hire/days trips and more within the resort as well as laundry! The rooms are a little outdated but that it is expected within this region. I was very unwell and the staff did everything they could to look after me without me even asking for help they were making teas to help me. And made an extra ginger tea for me to take away. Really appreciate their kindness and would definitely recommend this lovely little resort

Our last four nights in paradise the swim up room was amazing we used that pool for a lot of hours nice to have our own deck and access. We ate all our meals here breakfast was included and was good the options were lacking a bit but we found enough to eat! Dinner we ate here because we were lazy and didn’t want to go out! The food was good not great but good not always the same the next day was strange! The beach was great the tides gos out for miles so there is lots to walk! The massage place was great she worked all my kinks out. But I would not recommend the nail salon was very basic not much to choose from for Color and she was late then when she did arrive had to go home for tools she forget! The hotel staff were all very helpful! The pool bar was nice and Mark made some fancy drinks!
