Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.

it was good with amneties and modern. If you want to find complete hotel this is okay.
Good location has fridge, hair dryer , kettle , towel , soap , heater.
But it was slef check in so we did not know it was till we talk to a couple then we message trip .Thy helped us but at the end the hotel called us. My husband said it suppose to have reception even if the hotel number directed to a call center very hassle for us since we have baby . So do ask the hotel first ur pin code 2-3 days before ur check in.
The room was spacious and the layout was reasonable. The waiter was very good. There is a gym. The restaurant is downstairs and very convenient. Very close to the old town, suitable for walking past sightseeing.
It was a perfect hotel to relax after our trip to Paris. We enjoyed comfortable bed and swimming pool with jacuzzi in it. Breakfast was also high quality. I can recommend this place
The location of the hotel is very convenient to both the city center and the cobblestones. There is a lot of food nearby. There is a supermarket downstairs 15 minutes walk to the Jewish area. Overall very clean but no toothbrushes and slippers provided remember to bring your own
It's close to the castle, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk along the river opposite the hotel. The room is not big. There is a water purifier on each floor of the hotel for water collection. Bottled water is not provided. It has its own parking lot. The breakfast is OK, with freshly squeezed juice and some fruits, coffee and bread, basically cold food.
The room has nothing to say, must live in the black suite, other room types are just like. There is a party on the first floor of the hotel on weekends, which is open until 2:30. It is very disturbing to the people ... If you care, be careful to book.
This time I chose a hotel of the same brand, and it gave me a different feeling. It was very comfortable to stay in. The decoration of the room is very distinctive, and all the embellishments are very detailed.

GGine GuyThank you for such a lovely and comfy stay with the outstanding service from the receptionists to the maids, the chefs, the staff, and the mechanic. All my needs and wants fully served perfectly. See you my second home in Krakow❤️❤️❤️
11357007****The location is fantastic, on the Buda side, right below Fisherman's Bastion. We checked in in the evening and could just walk out the back of the hotel to reach Fisherman's Bastion, and then head down to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, and fruits. The front desk staff's English was excellent. The hotel is small but charming. The only downside was that the 'double bed' was actually two small single beds pushed together, so for a couple to sleep together, they'd have to squeeze onto one very small single bed. There are a few traditional Portuguese restaurants downstairs with reasonable prices.
GGuest UserPerfect stay in centre of Old Town only 2 min walk to Town Square. Very professional staff who are so friendly and helpful. Superb underground luxurious Spa. We chose an internal room overlooking the restaurant rooftop - the room was absolutely perfect for us being so quiet and a comfy king-size bed. High quality furnishings with beautiful bedding and good choice of pillows. Beautiful bathroom with a fantastic shower complemented the quality of the room.
This hotel is pure luxury with a high quality finish which we could not fault.
There are so many restaurants on the door step we decided to sample as many as possible around the old Town rather than use the hotel breakfast and dinner options.
I've travelled with corporate brand hotels for many years with work and I really don't see any advatange of point rewards when you find private hotels to this standard at very competitive prices. The corporate chain hotels are also out of the old town area, so it makes this hotel a perfect choice. I will certainly return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.
WWenyanfenYoyoThe room is of good size, with a bathtub and a great view from the window, looking out to the castle. Marriott hotel brand, good management. It is within walking distance to the old town, not far, about 5 minutes. There is a tram stop 150 meters from the door
MMarius ZI would have given perfect review for the hotel but my check out experience wasn’t good as I was charged 50 euros more than I was supposed to. The girls at the reception blamed trip.com and even questioned if I ordered other services via website even though the hotel charged me. As they couldn’t figure out why why charged me more they asked me to write email to the hotel’s administrator. He did solve the problem and refunded the overpaid amount but the check out stress caused me anxiety. Otherwise, the hotel room is really nice and big and the location is in a peaceful neighborhood in front of a park, easy to reach city center via public transportation. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel but there’s plenty of places nearby to eat. Nice touch - capsule coffee machine in the room and free coffee in the lobby.
TTomBTThe Sheraton is fantastic. What you would expect from a 5 star hotel, however it is particularly well kept, the staff are very friendly and the food / restaurant services are fantastic. Very comfortable stay. Definitely recommend.
RRick GolsteijnAbsolutely a good hotel and good location.
the only thing that bothered me was that the light from the TouchPad to control the room is always on.

AAnonymous UserVery perfect hotel
The location is moderate, not far from the old city and the river, it is good to take a taxi.
The room is in good health, 🈶️ bathtub
Classical luxury, the hall is very comfortable to sit in
Staff service is kind
The only slightly imperfect: the room and bathroom are actually a bit small
Ccandice weeIt must be noted that most European hotels don’t provide toothbrushes, shampoo, or slippers in the room anymore. Hotel Krowodrza did provide a 2-in-1 body soap cum shampoo and that was appreciated! The door lock was modern and safe. Staff was also very helpful and friendly! The hotel also provided free water and parking so that was really nice. It’s a few tram stops outside of the city but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood! Would choose to stay here again if I visit Poland for its reasonable pricing and safety.
