GGuest UserAmazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Rrach_tThe hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

The location is truly impeccable, a prime spot! ✨ Situated in a central location, it's incredibly convenient for accessing surrounding attractions and shopping districts. For those driving, there's ample free parking, so finding a parking spot is no problem. The hotel offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle, with soothing views right outside the window. Whether for leisure or business travel, this location couldn't be more perfect.

GGuest UserGreat hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river.
Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place.
Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.

GGuest UserCold room and bathroom after check-in. The taps were set to the lowest possible setting. The bathroom stank of sewage. Breakfasts were very tasty, service was nice. The first elevator was out of order, the second elevator had a broken display and it was impossible to read which floor you were already on. I probably won't be back.

EeM.MHotel ładny, ale pod kątem wystroju pozostał w poprzednim stuleciu, wymagany byłby remont. Obsługa niezwykle miła i pomocna. Kuchnia otwarta do późna, jest smacznie. Dostępny jest parking oraz woda pitna do karafki uzupełniana samodzielnie w hallu na piętrze przy windach, jako fajne ekologiczne rozwiązanie problemu butelkowanych porcji.
