The hotel is comfortably located in the picturesque Zamoskvorechye district, 1 km from Paveletsky Railway Station, from where an Aeroexpress train departs every half hour to Domodedovo Airport. The Tretyakov Gallery is a 15-minute walk away, while Red Square is a half-hour walk away. There are many historical sites, mansions, business centers around, as well as the colorful Pyatnitskaya Street with many cafes, which creates a unique atmosphere of combining epochs and the unique energy of Moscow.
The hotel has 190 rooms with all the amenities a traveler needs. The rooms are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, a work area, a storage space, a TV, a mini-refrigerator, a safe, slippers and a set of towels. "Great location! It's just a few minutes' walk from the subway station, and there's a mall right across the street. The exchange rates there are good, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping. When you check out, they automatically provide a proof of stay."

Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.

Guest UserThis veteran five-star hotel is well-maintained. The breakfast spread is generous, and they even added an extra bed for our party of three. The location is excellent, very close to Arbat Street, and not far from Metro Lines 3 and 4, making getting around very convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the front desk speaks fluent English. If you're looking for a hotel not far from Red Square, I highly recommend this one; it offers great value for money. During our stay, it happened to be my son's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a cake, which was both delightful and touching!

The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.

zhuojoanAn excellent hotel! I stayed for 6 days for my child's graduation in Moscow. It's very close to Red Square, just a 15-minute walk away. The Kremlin, Lenin's Mausoleum, Pushkin Museum, and many other attractions are all nearby. The hotel breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly, making for a pleasant stay.
Facilities: Comprehensive, with toiletries and a mini-fridge.
Cleanliness: Tidy and clean.
Environment: Conveniently located for walking to nearby attractions.

EVGENII ROZUMCHUKWe stayed at Radisson Blu from September 20-21, and our experience was nothing short of positive. We were especially touched that on my birthday, the staff not only congratulated me but also treated me to a cake—such a personalized touch immediately set a festive mood.
I'd also like to specifically mention the hotel's generosity: our standard room was upgraded to a premium class without any additional charge. The room turned out to be spacious and very stylish—it was a pleasure to return to after exploring the city.
The hotel's hammam is simply a gem: it's the perfect place to relax after a busy day. And thanks to a 10% discount at the Fire Lake restaurant, dinner was not only delicious but also a great value.
The service was excellent: the staff were attentive, friendly, and responded to requests promptly. Overall, our stay left us with the warmest memories—we will definitely be back.

Hello_tripA wonderful hotel in the city center, perfect for relaxation.
It's very close to Taganskaya station (brown line of the ring metro), just a straight walk. There's a theater nearby, and you can get to any central station very quickly.
The rooms are fresh and smell great. Everything is clean and new, even though I've been coming here annually for many years, everything remains in excellent condition. The slippers are as soft as down!
There's a 'Chocolate Hour' from 4 PM to 5 PM. In the lobby bar, next to the coffee machine, they offer pastries and set up a chocolate fountain (included in the price).
Afterward, you can get a massage (for an additional charge) or visit the pool, dry and wet saunas (included in the price). Special thanks to the hotel for the swimsuit spin dryer in the spa area and the rubber flip-flops!
The restaurant is also very delicious. Breakfasts are rich and interesting. You can order one hot dish in addition to the buffet. Sparkling wine is included with breakfast.

The attitude was unbelievably bad, but the location was excellent. They took advantage of Chinese guests. On the first day, they told me the room I booked was unavailable and offered me an alternative. I agreed, only to find it was an attic room, requiring me to carry my luggage down a flight of stairs. The attic had two cramped rooms, and upon entering, it was incredibly run-down, similar to an old-fashioned guesthouse in China. I initially thought this was just how a century-old hotel was. There was urine in the toilet and two or three ants crawling on the bed. Since I was with my child, and it was already 3 or 4 AM back home, I just focused on getting the child to sleep. Unable to sleep myself, I contacted Ctrip customer service. They immediately helped me arrange a room change. The next day, when I moved into a regular floor room, I was even angrier – it was like a five-star hotel! Ctrip's service was fantastic; they mentioned that communication with the hotel in Russia was difficult but apologized for our experience and offered 650 RMB in compensation. It wasn't about the amount of money, but Ctrip's attitude made me feel very comfortable.

Olga_demeniMagnificent view from the window of the Kievsky railway station and the clock tower. Excellent breakfasts. Our stay included access to the spa area. The saunas and baths are compact, but we visited both. There's a 24/7 gym, a swimming pool you can actually swim in, and, rarely, a children's pool. The water in the pool is 26.5°C.

Sergei KaratniukExcellent hotel, excellent location! The room was spacious, and we got an upgrade upon check-in. Toiletries were provided, even some for our child. They also gave us jelly candies, a coloring book, and pencils! The food we ordered was delicious. The view was of the inner courtyard, which was lovely, but I would have preferred a city view. On the other hand, there was no road noise, which was great for our child.
