I am delighted 😍 honestly didn't expect 😜
Clean and newest hotel (shower, toilet, towel, coats, bed clean and cozy large bed with top) ✅
The food is delicious, especially babi potatoes 🥰✅
Staff welcome 🔥
We liked it)
//I was in Asia and Europe) really the hotel level is good 🔥
<< Only here in our room in the day could not make the ”absolute darkness” mode, the room was with a terrace that was big plus, but on the other side of the window without a dark curtain. If you can do please 🙂
Thank you for a class holiday 🫶
Great location Lovely room Big room. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient location close to grocery store 24/7. Calm and great place to stay. The staff is super friendly.
A perfect staycation in Moscow: thank you Mövenpick for the celebration!
We decided to treat ourselves to a mini-break for my birthday without leaving the capital and chose Mövenpick Moscow. We were very pleased.
Check-in and Service
From the very first moments, we knew our stay would be great. The reception staff were welcoming and smiling. Special thanks for their flexibility: upon check-in, we were offered a higher floor. The service here is absolutely unobtrusive, yet very warm and attentive.
Room
The room has everything needed for comfort: cleanliness, nice amenities, and the bed is simply heavenly. The pillows, blankets, and mattress are perfectly soft; we slept like babies.
Spa and Pool
A huge plus for the hotel is its own spa complex in the basement. Everything is very hygienic; they provide slippers that are disinfected with a UV lamp – a nice touch for guest health. The 24-hour gym was also a pleasant surprise; you can work out anytime.
Birthday Surprise
Since we were checking in for a birthday, the hotel provided a wonderful compliment: they congratulated us with champagne and an exquisite pastry, and also offered a late check-out.
Atmosphere and Location
The hotel has a pleasant aroma throughout, and the location is excellent – all the best restaurants, cafes, and main attractions are within walking distance.
We managed to relax both mind and body, even while staying in Moscow. Mövenpick is a solid 'five-star' and a true oasis of calm. We will definitely return to recharge again.
The facilities, service, and staff attitude were all excellent.
Location: It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, and you have to take a small alleyway. If you're unfamiliar with the area, you might need to ask for directions to find it. However, it's also within walking distance of Red Square. Once you know the way, you'll find it's quite close. The subway and Red Square are in opposite directions from the hotel, but the distance to both feels similar.
Facilities: There's Wi-Fi, and the amenities are well-equipped, including slippers, a hairdryer, disposable toiletries, and many other items. The only downside is that while there are windows, they face an interior space and cannot be opened, which was a bit misleading as I expected them to provide ventilation. Next door was an area where another company seemed to be holding meetings, and it was quite noisy. I had to close the window when sleeping, especially since they eventually left for the day. I had to use the air conditioning because it would get very stuffy otherwise. When I spoke to the hotel about changing rooms, I found that all rooms had these inward-facing windows. I was told I'd have to pay extra for a room with an exterior-facing window.
Service: The hotel front desk offers service in English. They were able to provide water when I asked and also offered luggage storage. Conveniently, the hotel is right on the way if you're walking from Red Square to the subway, so it's perfectly en route.
Overall, I'm satisfied. A big thank you to the two Russian men who helped us find the hotel with our luggage; they truly saved us from our helplessness.
I had a very comfortable and smooth stay 😊
The hotel was clean, modern, and well maintained, exactly as expected.
The location is excellent with easy access to the city center 🚇
The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful, and the atmosphere felt calm and safe.
A great choice for solo travelers 👌✨
I would definitely stay here again.
The hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.
Not bad, clean and comfortable. Stopped for one night, rest between flights. Taxi to the hotel didn't get loaded, had to go with things because you need to leave the application not pass. There is no website. But it was not far away. The staff is very welcome, helped solve all the issues. In general, a good hotel.
Facilities: This hotel has a distinctly vintage feel; the exterior is quite charming, and the interior decor has a nice atmosphere.
Service: The receptionist who greeted us spoke very quickly, and we couldn't understand her because our English wasn't very good. There was a security check to enter the hotel, probably to protect the building.
Environment: The main entrance to the hotel was closed; only a side entrance was open. Check-in was done in one of the side lobbies on either side, then we went down a long corridor and back up another staircase – it was quite tiring carrying our luggage. We also went to the gym; the swimming pool was nice, but the gym itself was just so-so.
Overall, it was alright. It's worth trying; it's unique and photogenic. There's a medium-sized supermarket outside where the currency exchange rate was better than the bank on the third floor of GUM department store mentioned on Xiaohongshu, but they charged a 15 RMB service fee.
A decent hotel – clean and quiet, with a cozy room. I especially appreciated the comfortable mattress and good quality bedding, plus a full set of toiletries. There's a water cooler in the hallway and a pitcher in the room. The staff at reception were excellent – friendly and very welcoming. They had no problem finding me a quiet room away from the elevator, just as I requested, and we were able to check in at 1 PM. It's a bit further from Paveletsky Station and the metro than I expected, about a 10-15 minute walk. However, its location was perfect for us since we needed to catch the Aeroexpress at 6 AM. If you're looking for a good hotel near Paveletsky, this is a great option.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and the location is great, but there are two employees at reception, a man and a woman (I don't know their names exactly), whose attitude is bad. It would be better if the bedrooms were soundproofed from the street because at the end of the night you feel like you're sleeping on the street due to the noise from cars. 🙂
GGuest UserHuge thanks to everyone involved in running the hotel! Everything was wonderful and delightful! It was our wedding anniversary during our stay, and thank you so much for the lovely gift of Italian champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries. We were so touched and impressed by your thoughtfulness and kindness! I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

KKonstantin SerzhanExcellent modern hotel, fantastic breakfast with champagne and live music. The gym is small but perfectly adequate for staying in shape. As a complimentary gesture, they extended our stay by two hours.
YYueliangge00The overall environment of the public area is fine, and the location is great. It's across from the subway station, train station, and shopping mall, making it very convenient for getting around. There's a supermarket, and the Russian version of KFC and McDonald's is right downstairs. I stayed there for six days on business, and shopping was very convenient. The Moscow River is a 5-minute walk away, which was super comfortable for a morning run. Another 10-minute walk across the bridge brings you to Baltsky Street, and beyond that, Red Square. The only downsides are...
1. The bedding was very uncomfortable. I personally felt it wasn't very clean. It wasn't the firm, firm sheets, and the quilt was very thin (which didn't keep me warm). The sheets felt like they'd been slept on for a long time; they were soft and very thin.
2. The room was quite small.
3. The shower was a kind of movable glass box, not a built-in box in the same area as the room, which was a bit uncomfortable, and the water drained very slowly. Overall, the service in Russia is very slow, unlike in China.
