The room was quiet big and spacious. The location was great. Breakfast needs alot of attention needs improvement, not much choice to choose from and the quality of food was not even up to the mark. The amenities in the room were of poor quality, the iron in the room was a simple one (no steam iron available) the shampoo n stuff was of very poor quality, the tv in the room was not working properly. I requested the reception to arrange a taxi/ cab to the airport which he simply denied thank GOD i had the cream app other wise i would have struggled to get a ride towards the airport.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) For booking hotels overseas, Trip.com is reliable! A genuine compliment from someone who's been ripped off before!

Good location, for this price in area consider the best, pretty clean but not new hotel, so the smell of wood is there… overall it’s a good place to stay

Big size room with comfy bed , number of choice for breakfast in arabic style, front desk staff is very polite and helpful , neat and clean property ,there is no any convenient store surrounding hotel that is drawback

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant

The room was very large and comfortable, and the location was excellent! The front desk service was also very good!

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

Among the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Saudi Arabia, this one is generally cost-effective. The attitude of the hotel service staff is quite good. I feel that Saudi Arabia has hired many foreigners to serve them. In the hotel, I saw employees wiping the railings and floors bit by bit with rags.

A clean, modern hotel. Although the suite is large, the bathroom and sink are small, lacking things like toothbrush holders and clothes hangers. The lighting behind the TV in the living room is very bright and cannot be turned off, making it quite bothersome.

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎
