The hotel is set at 3 stars at best, but safety is the first priority. Breakfast is average. The environment and food in Islamic countries cannot be complimented. It only costs 20 dinars from Tunisia airport to this hotel, but the airport rental is too bad and charges 50 dinars You, especially the hotel’s parking taxi drivers, must take pictures and keep them in order to avoid complaints when they are cheated. I have been going to this hotel for 2 years. The staff is not only very pleasant, but to listen to its customers. The cleanness is impeccable. We feel very safe and this remains well because the airport is next door.

Verdi Tunis Beach Resort has a pleasant grounds and a clean private beach – everything looks good from the outside. However, the staff's attitude ruined the overall trip experience. I encountered clear rudeness and disregard several times: when I tried to explain things, even using a translator, the staff pretended not to understand, sometimes responded abruptly, or walked away from the conversation. This wasn't just an inconvenience; it felt humiliating and showed a complete lack of service. If polite communication and helpful staff are important to you, consider this factor. I would only recommend this hotel to those willing to put up with poor service. I advise management to seriously address staff training and language support.

I had a frustrating experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception pretended to speak English, but when I asked a question I got vague answers. For example, when I asked for tea, they said ”Someone will bring it to your room”, but it never came. There was no phone in my room and the air conditioning didn't work. The first room they gave me didn't have a TV and there was a problem with the tap. They gave me a room with a sea view, but it was too far from the entrance and I still had problems with the air conditioning and the phone. All these problems were only resolved the day before I checked out. Also, my charger didn't fit into the socket and when I asked about it, I got the same vague answer with no follow up. I even left my phone at the reception to charge, but it never did, which was incredibly frustrating. As for breakfast, you have to go to a restaurant or balcony area where a lady with an angry expression on her face takes care of you, but you are forced to eat whatever she brings to your table, there is no choice. Overall, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing and not at all what I expected.

Mövenpick Hotel Gammarth is a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway. The atmosphere is peaceful, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and the private beach is absolutely stunning—perfect for spending the day by the sea. The hotel truly delivers a five-star experience, especially when it comes to food. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of fresh and high-quality options, and the dining venues throughout the hotel are equally impressive. The location is another big advantage. It's easy to reach Sidi Bou Said for a walk through its charming blue-and-white streets, and several shopping malls are just a short drive away, making it convenient for both sightseeing and shopping. The only downside during our stay was the indoor pool policy, as children were only allowed to use it until midday, which limited the time families could enjoy the facility together. Overall, the combination of a beautiful beachfront setting, outstanding food, and a relaxing atmosphere makes this hotel an excellent choice. I would happily stay here again on a future visit to Tunisia.

Regarding the architecture and design of the hotel I find it magnificent... sublime staff. Cleanliness for a 5* hotel not at all up to par. I loved the garden and the swimming pool, the rooms etc. Only it lacks maintenance, they say they are going to close for a major renovation, in this case... this is where I will stay every time I am in Tunis.

It was a great choice, I was landing at night, so I decided to stay a night at a hotel close by the airport. My sister and her kids checked in earlier and they had a blast. Great service and an amazing diverse and delicious breakfast we enjoyed the next morning together. I have to say, there was only one bit of detail worth mentioning, the frond desk lady helped me call the cab, but she did not mention using Bolt, which is a more expansive taxi service and forgot to mention that she also obviously chose the Comfort option which cost me more at least a 60% extra charge than the normal price. which was displayed on the meter when we arrived but the cab driver asked for more money than that. Overall, we had a nice short stay and enjoyed a late checkout to chill and recover from my trip. Thanks to Novotel Team for the delicious food variety.

The hotel staff knocks on my door around 9 or 10 every morning just to get towels, and I've been woken up several times already. This is the first time I've seen this. It's very difficult to communicate with the staff since they don't speak English.
