The room was clean and comfortable and had the biggest double bed I've ever seen. It's also in a great location right next to a lovely city centre park. However, I'd chosed the hotel 'cause it advertised spa facilities on their website. When I checked in I was told there was no spa but they said there was a pool and a sauna. The pool was great but if there was a sauna it was well hidden as I couldn't find it. Fitness suite was unmanned (4pm) so there was no-one to ask.

Absolutely splendid boutique hotel. Each room is individually decorated, extremely attractively. The building itself is historic, previously belonging to an Armenian doctor. The restaurant is also excellent, we went elsewhere one night for a change of scenery but wished we hadn’t. The breakfast is also plentiful, with the traditional cheese, honey olives etc but also with pastries and also chips (for breakfast?! a guilty pleasure which we embraced most enthusiastically). The staff were lovely and this is the sort of hotel I would come back to even if I had no reason to re-visit Kayseri, just for the hotel. Highly recommended.

Stayed for a night after our flight Everything was super clean, we really liked the different teas we got in our room. Also, the refreshing face towels was thoughtful. 1. We were picked by the hotel’s pick up service at 11:15 pm. He waited for us for 20 minutes and the communication was smooth before our arrival through email. They regularly checked on us for any delays or issues. 2. Breakfast was superb. Hotel’s location is very near to the bus stop where we took the bus to Kayseri bus terminal for Capadocia. Super comfy bed was a plus! 3. A big shoutout to Halil, he dropped us to the bus stop in his car as he feared we might get lost on our way( he didn’t speak English and we couldn’t understand his directions in Turkish :) Truly praiseworthy, professional and kind! He didn’t took any money though it was just 5 minutes distance by car.
