We arrived at the hotel in the morning at about eight, they didn't make us wait long and checked us in almost immediately, offered tea. However, an important note: when I booked it was indicated that it would be a standard room without a sea view, but in the end we checked into a club room and supposedly with a sea view. In response to my comment, they said that alas, it was the Bayram holiday and they couldn't offer a room in the main building because it supposedly had a sea view. It was an unpleasant incident. It turns out that in order to be sure that they will check you into a room in the main building, you need to take a standard room with a sea view. The breakfasts were delicious: different types of cheeses, sausages, soup, eggs, omelette, buns, fruits, honey in the comb was especially pleasing, vegetables, sweets, greens - a buffet. They bring drinks that you ask for. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and green. Very beautiful architecture. However, there are some problems with hot water in the rooms, mostly we had to wash in lukewarm water. In general, all the issues that were resolved quickly: bring water, fix the phone, change the towels, change the bucket in the bathroom, call a taxi. Another point, the METT hotel is located nearby, which played loud music until late, which was not very pleasant for us, since we like peace and quiet. In general, we have very pleasant memories of the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location. The amenities and offerings at the hotel are great. Drinks, including alcohol and cocktails, are available at the bars. Aside from the main meals, Gozleme is made fresh between the hotel and the pool, and there is a fast-food restaurant between the pool and the beach. The food isn't top-tier, but it is very decent. The pools are excellent and are the most beautiful part of the hotel. The beach is 20 meters from the pool and is okay. The rooms are the weakest part of the hotel, and by Croatian standards, the hotel is realistically a 3-star property. In that regard, it is quite modest. The staff is helpful, accommodating, and friendly. If you are expecting a 5-star European hotel, you might be disappointed. However, it is actually good value for money.

Crystal-clear water, sun loungers at the ready, and an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between lively and relaxed. We spent most of our days here and never once wanted to be anywhere else. Breakfast deserves a special mention — it was an absolute highlight. Fresh, generous, and lovingly put together every morning. The authentic traditional Turkish tea served at the table was a true delight, and the simit — that gorgeous sesame-crusted bread — became my personal favourite way to start the day. What truly elevates Lugga above other hotels is the people. This is a family-run hotel, and you feel it in every interaction. The warmth here isn’t rehearsed — it’s genuine. The hand-made Turkish coffee offered at reception was an unexpectedly lovely touch, the kind of small gesture that stays with you long after you’ve checked out. We left already talking about coming back. Lugga isn’t just a hotel — it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. Very nice place for relaxation with a nice view hard to reach without a car no night life at all after 10:30 pm nothing at all so we had to rent a car to go to town . They changed the towels procedure by the beach without informing us that they refused to give me towels very nice breakfast but staff refuses to serve u hot drinks after 10:30 very good supportive concierge officer free parking

This hotel is amazing, and so is the service. I'm usually very picky about service, food, and the overall concept, but I honestly can't find a single fault here. Even though the hotel was fully booked for the holidays at the end of May, it never felt crowded. Every request was handled instantly, whether it was for something in the room, at the restaurant, or on the beach. I never had to remind anyone. The food in the main restaurant was all delicious, which is also rare. I especially loved the steak selection for dinner and the abundance of interesting appetizers and salads. A special thank you to the pastry chefs, as the desserts are magnificent, both in the main restaurant and the pastry shop. The a la carte restaurants didn't impress me as much. The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked that in the 18+ ”no kids” zone and on the main beach, you don't feel like people are on top of you because there are so many sun loungers. It only gets busy around the main pools, but if you want, there's a pool on the first floor with swim-up room access, where you can always find a sun lounger and swim with a gorgeous view. Special thanks to Mirza and Aidana, the chat assistants, who responded extremely quickly to everything and gave a warm welcome and farewell. After this, we stayed at the Liberty Signa hotel, but all the service and the hotel overall fell short compared to Xo, even though they are part of the same chain.

The hotel is large and right on the beachfront. The beach is long, and while sunbeds are usually taken, you can always find one. The food is decent, but there's no lamb at all, only beef sometimes. Chicken and turkey are always available, but we're not fans. We had excellent salmon once. No seafood. There are tasty anchovies. Fish quality varies a lot. Every three days, they serve an artichoke and beef dish. Sushi was offered once, but it was with vegetables or anchovies. Watermelons, oranges, apples, and pears aren't good; plums and nectarines are tasty. The machine coffee is powdered. Green and herbal tea bags are available. The drinks are powdered. There are vegetables and greens. Hummus is served every three days. We requested a quiet room via Trip.com, but they gave us one directly above the performance stage. The reception staff were unyielding and flat-out refused to change it, saying, ”This is your room, go there.” They gave us a connecting room, linked to two other rooms with two extra doors, which meant excellent soundproofing. We could hear every detail of the neighbor's baby. You can only sleep after midnight due to the music. The room itself is good, and the view from the window is beautiful. There are no gels or shampoos, just a shared dispenser. This was an upgraded room with a partial sea view. Today, for our second booking, we moved to a bungalow. While there are modern ones, we got an old one where the electricity cuts out every 15 minutes. It's small, with no sofa or chair. The air conditioning barely works, making the old bungalow on the top floor very hot. But it is quiet.

A wonderful hotel, from the moment of meeting until departure they treat you like the most dear guests, food, service, rooms - everything is excellent 👌 The sea, mountains, air - a fairy tale❤️ We will come back more than once, for sure 🙏🏼

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

4 stars, once, a long time ago! Perfect location, nicely designed, but long past it's prime. The receptionist said he was tired, when I arrived, they only had 9 rooms occupied out of 78, the 2nd weekend of June. Extensive gardens, overgrown, and dotted with broken hotel furniture. Deluxe room, overlooking the garden mess, and the WiFi didn't work. I asked for a kettle, but was told the management doesn't allow.....4 stars? An hour later Sumat ( super guy, trying hard) brought a kettle, but no cup. Cup arrived eventually. No water in the rooms. WiFi still not working, despite Sumats attempts. Then, the AC exploded and dumped 2 litres of water on the bed. Had to wait 40 mins in the bar for a clean room ( and 70 were unoccupied). My 2nd Delux room overlooked the carpentry work and staff area. That evening I realised the light bulbs were not working, except in the bathroom. I gave up, and slept. The following morning I opened the bathroom window, and it came off in my hands, as did the towel rail. It's so sad to see a beautiful hotel fall apart, staff are demoralised, and have lost interest. I escaped, as early as I could, and will not return.

The check-in process was smooth and the reception staff were very professional and well-organized 👌. The cleanliness in the corridors was excellent ✨. We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition. When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟. Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts. • The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete. Overall, it was a truly luxurious stay, with friendly staff and an unforgettable atmosphere. Highly recommended 🌟.
