Honestly, this stay was a bit disappointing. I was expecting much more from staying at the Hilton. The front desk were a bit nonchalant about the customer and did not exchange much words.
The room was nice and for the most part clean, but some things were a bit outdated. It was an ok stay, but I just had a higher expectation. Location wise the place is good and close to a mall, and a 10-15 minute walk to the fishes!

The location is brilliant but its an outdated hotel which needs modernising. I thought I walked in on one of Agatha Christies novel. What I noticed it seemed like guests were allowed to smoke in rooms each room had an ashtray which was really odd. I did change my room because my first room had a strong smoking odour. The staff were brilliant and provided an alternative room.

The room was so clean and comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay so much, so I had to put review on here. The service they supplied was great and met all our expectations. Thank you for a pleasant stay and hopefully we will be back on our next trip to Şanlıurfa.
