Guest UserA very nice and clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is excellent, while the dinner is decent but could be improved. The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Yalova and the beach, just a 10-minute drive away. It is also very close to Yalova University.

They need to explain the reservation like we are made the search not like what they have
Because of wrong reservation they forced us may we are pay for the next night or keep the reservation like they trip.com gift us we was eight adult with one baby the problem is when we are made the reservations through trip.com the search was for eight adults and one baby but the reservation was for adults with nobody else

Beautiful place with cozy room. Hamam and spa is also perfect. Love this place and inshaalla will be back again to Yalova. The staff was very friendly and kind, breakfast was very nice, they serve additional juice coffee and Turkish tea. Thank a lot to make my stay lovely and joyful. Appreciated

Guest UserThis was my second stay, and once again, the cleanliness was impeccable and the service excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The breakfast and other meals are delicious. The sauna, massage, and pool facilities are all top-notch. Truly great value for money!

The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. The hot spring is only open to women in the morning, and men and women can enjoy it together in the afternoon.
We arrived too late and missed it. It rained the next day and we didn't experience it. The locals said that the hot spring water here is drinkable and good for the stomach.

Very nice hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. The indoor pool and outdoor pool of the hot spring were comfortable at warm temperatures. The Balinese therapists at the spa were very good at massage and booked every day. The staff is the best service. The food was Turkish and very delicious. I like the decoration of the room because it is luxurious. The bathtub and toilet were profound and impressed. It is a building with a history. I want to come to stay again. I highly recommend it.
