As we flow in, we arrivedd around 7pm , checked in and had some dinner. It was fine. As we were walking around trying to get acclimated with the hotel. We were approached by a security officer named Rose. She really told us we were on private property and if we were not to be gaming, we had to leave the premises. We were also shocked by her demeanor and unprofessionalism that we were stunned. As we were walking away, I went back to speak to her again and asked downstairs one of the pit bosses or her name. As I described her, he mentioned her name is Rose. I asked if he could call her down for her to come discuss what had just taken place. I mentioned to her that we were hotel guest and that we had just arrived and we're getting acclimated and that we weren't there doing anything wrong. I asked why she had asked us to remove ourselves from the property . She told me she owed me no explanation and she was not going to give me an apology. I then asked her for her name and she said I don't need to give you that either. She was rude and unprofessional. She then turned to walk away. I'm sure all of this is on camera. I then saw her speaking to another man later. It was her boss Matt. He was more for professional I waited to speak to him and explained what had happened and how really she had us address for other couples. Sad thing about this story is as we were explaining this to other employees of the hotel they all mentioned that Rose has a reputation for being rude and unprofessional. So clearly this was not the first time for her to approach people and act so unprofessional. I'm not sure if this was done because we were all Latin. But either way it was unacceptable and no one should treat customers that way. it ruined our whole weekend and we really didn't have a good time. This was our first time flying out to the Reno hotels and we were hoping to come back again, but after this visit, we will no longer be returning to the Cesar Reno hotel.

As an established five-star hotel, though the facilities might not be as cutting-edge as newer establishments, they are exceptionally well-maintained, clean, and tidy. More importantly, the service, location, and hygiene consistently remain at a high standard. To experience such comprehensive service at this price point is truly excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Facilities: The hotel room was spacious, but there was no bottled water. However, there was a water dispenser in the public area.
Hygiene: Initially, I was given a pillow with noticeable stains, which I found quite off-putting. They did change it when they cleaned the room later.
Environment: The location on the main strip is excellent, absolutely top-notch.
Service: The service was adequate, neither good nor bad.
There are entertainment venues nearby. For an off-peak visit, the value for money was decent.

This hotel is located right on the Las Vegas Strip, making it a popular tourist attraction and quite bustling. Given the price, my expectations for the room weren't high, but I think it offers good value for money. 500 RMB+ per night plus the resort fee is quite affordable, and it's convenient to walk everywhere. I'd definitely recommend it for those on a budget!

I booked a room for 4 nights/5 days and not even once our room has been serviced by the housekeeping. I have to call the customer service to request a day before we check out to get our towels re-stock and our room to be cleaned. Also, the worst part is we can’t even connect to the Wi-Fi properly. My husband has to call their customer service every single day to manually connect our phones to their internet.
(Note: room didn’t have fridge too).
There is a *** in the hotel, and it also has a shopping mall, which is very convenient for accommodation, leisure and dining. I stayed there for two days and basically did not go out to meet my vacation needs.

Everything was good but not great. Expect a long line if you're checking-in in the evening. The total price for room, fees, and taxes were slightly more than originally quoted through Trip.com. When I mentioned it the person checking me in looked straight in my eyes with no smile and said you want me to go over the fees again? I didn't need that. I think she probably heard this many times and was pretty much telling me she's tired of hearing it. I guess this is expected. The room was clean. I enjoyed PT's sports bar the best. Oh, and Top of the World restaurant was good also. Ordere Ribeye that was cooked to perfect temperature but was salty. But I guess you go there for the view and not the food.

After a disappointing two-night stay at a
diferent hotel, Mandalay Bay was a breath
of fresh air. While it is located a bit further
down the Strip, the free tram connecting to
Luxor and Excalibur makes getting around
very convenient. Overall,I had a great
experience and would definitely stay here
again.

We arrived a bit late on the first day, around 6 PM. We had booked two higher-priced double rooms with street views, but at check-in, we weren't given adjacent rooms. Instead, we received rooms in completely different directions and far apart. One room faced a side street, and the other was a corner room right by a major road. From the outside, it was clear they were on the interior side of the building, with no real street view. To make matters worse, the glass windows were completely covered with a grid-like advertising film, making it impossible to see anything. We paid extra for a nice street view, so this arrangement was completely misleading and not what we paid for! It's disappointing that the price here was the same as on the official website, but booking here didn't come with any vouchers. The rooms themselves were fine, a bit smaller than the Bellagio's but felt newer. It's convenient to stay here if you want to see David Copperfield's show, as it's right downstairs. There weren't many Christmas decorations; the Bellagio had the most Christmas spirit in the whole city.

The price was low, and although the facilities felt a bit dated, the room was spacious and clean. We had a view of Treasure Island Hotel from our window, and the Flamingo Hotel was right next door. The location was super convenient, with the Las Vegas Strip just outside the door.

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

__WeChat266491****The overall design is very trendy and tasteful, and usually, hotels like this are quite expensive. So, staying here for around 2000 is definitely great value for money! If you want to watch a game or something, you can tip or pay extra to upgrade, but I didn't bother as it wasn't a priority for me. Downstairs, there's a casino and restaurants with everything you could ask for, perfect for those who love to have fun. Parking is $20.
Yyanyan5201314The room was quite spacious and cleaned daily. It's well-equipped and even has an exhibition, although there's an extra charge for it. The location is a bit out of the way, making transportation a bit inconvenient. The bathroom is large with a great shower (good water pressure and separate wet/dry areas).
GGuest UserI cannot find one single fault with this hotel its in a great location just off the strip travel in by monorail the views are amazing especially at night tge monorail has a station at the hotel

GGuest UserThe staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

AAndré De MesquitaFontainebleau Las Vegas is a great stay overall. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very well finished, and the gym really stands out—large, clean, and equipped with top-tier machines, easily one of the best hotel gyms on the Strip. The location at the north end of the Strip is convenient but a bit quieter, which is a plus. Free parking is a big bonus, and the service throughout the hotel is friendly and professional. A solid choice if you want comfort, quality, and good value for Vegas.
