The staff's demeanor was somewhat unfriendly. Security personnel visited our door, requesting that we minimize noise, even though we were not loud to begin with. We perceived that staff members were unjustly picking on us and attempting to find reasons for additional charges. Unfortunately, racial bias seemed to be a contributing factor.
Great hotel, not too big maybe 6 floors. Good location, close to where we needed to go. Had a double bedroom, beds are comfortable. Parking is located behind hotel in a structure connected to a business building. Subway (sandwiches) is next door. Mini market, coffee shop and small restaurant located on 1st floor lobby area.
The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a significant advantage. However, some guests note that accessing the property without a car can be challenging, and the surrounding area lacks dining options. One guest commented, “The location was very difficult to get to without a car.”
Very nice staff and employees. Service was good, just not exceptional. The facility was old, but that was to be expected. Bathrooms could use a bit more space for toiletries and hair supplies. The bathroom was not accommodating for two individuals to ready themselves at the same time. We didn’t eat there much, however what we did have was very good.
From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. I loved that the hotel is 21+, which creates a peaceful, upscale, and relaxing atmosphere.
The room was beautiful, clean, and stylish, with two very comfortable beds and an open porch overlooking the beach. Sitting on the bed and watching the waves was amazing, and at night the sound of the ocean put me to sleep so comfortably.
Great coffee in the room, excellent bath products, a nice bar, and a perfect location next to Salt Restaurant. I truly felt relaxed, well taken care of, and refreshed. Highly recommend and would definitely return.
If you are sending your children to Rutgers University, this hotel is already the most convenient in terms of location. There is a taxi service at the door, and it costs 30 dollars to park a night. Inside the hotel, there is no service. The attitude of several front desks is cold. I don’t know if they are targeted at Asians.
This Hilton is located in the small town of shorthills, New Jersey. The room is very clean, the service is very good, the breakfast is OK, the parking is very convenient, the opposite is the Masy Department Store, it is a good value for money and worth staying again. We drove from the hotel at noon to Times Square and near the Central Station for 40 minutes.
Coffee machine in the room is not user friendly. It has graphic illustration on how to operate. It only tells the steps, but does not mention which button to press (3 buttons on the machine, some blinks some red/blue). The table top has paper cups and plastic cups. The machine does not work with plastic. I need to try a few time and figure out only the paper cups works for this machine.

LLB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.
CCRodOk so first let me just say for the price we paid on the days we went. It wasn't horrible. I would go back BUT YMMV so this was my experience.
Location was great. Right on the boardwalk and an easy walk to Hard Rock when we went to the concert.
Service was meh. The only time I had a friendly anyone in the establishment was the woman who checked us out. Everyone else that we interacted with were either disinterested or perfunctory. No help on where to find our rooms, no help on any services offered. We didn't even get the annoying (did you want to sign up for our card?) that you get in ****** hotels. I guess that was a plus.
From my understanding we were on the ”older side” of the establishment. But regardless, staying on an entire floor that says non smoking it smelled of smoke. both cigarettes and ****. I don't care if you do either but I do care to smell either in my room or right outside my door (defeats the whole purpose of non smoking). Everything is dated which is whatever. but the blinds didn't work the coffee maker wire was too short for the ”dresser” so you had to keep moving it to the nightstand to use it. The room itself was relatively clean although the back of the nightstands hadn't been touched in a long time with all that accumulation of dust. Its design is just...weird. like so much random open area. I guess you can dance there lol. The ”dresser” didn't have drawers it had...like cubby holes. We didn't use them seemed pointless. I didn't even bother with the tv it was too far away and faced away from any sitting area (again weird layout).
The ****** itself was ok. Nothing crazy although I did like that rotating bar they had. But again. EVERYWHERE just reeked of smoke. To use a comparison, at Hard Rock when you were on the ****** side sure people smoked there (i get it) but the hotel side of things smelled clean refreshing and airy.
In the end, manage expectations and you'll be fine. If you are a smoker I am sure you will be fine too. If all you plan to do is sleep there its fine (although we were on the 7th floor and could still hear the music bumping below but the music was good so w/e lol) It works, again its not horrible. Its definitely 2.5-3 star range.
GGuest UserEverything was very nice in Atlantic City. My girlfriend and I had a great time. The hotel was clean. There was lots to do with the casino and very good dining would highly recommend.
YYiniu2020The rooms are quite new and spacious. After landing, you have to go to a designated airport pickup point, but for departure, you can go directly to the terminal. The hotel breakfast is pretty poor, which is a common issue with American hotels – not only is the quality lacking ☹️, but it's also presented very unattractively.
GGuest UserI didn’t like the room because it was a conjoining and the other guest next to mine was very loud all night. Didn’t get any sleep. And also when I opened the closet it was a roach in there I killed it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located on the seaside casino, with an excellent location. Check-in is on the 11th floor, and the car is parked directly on the 11th floor. It's a pity that the weather was bad and it rained heavily, so I couldn't enjoy the blue sky and white clouds and the sea.
GGuest UserThe hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the casino looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.
CCarlos ManuelWell located, close to a bunch of nice restaurants. The room and the amenities were nice. The only bad thing was that we arrived one hour before the check-in time (4 pm) and they wanted to charge us ~$50 for an early check-in, so we had to hang out for an hour.
