The breakfast here is very good, although it is American, but I think it is acceptable, not all sweet. There are also waffles that are delicious, with a slight sweet and milky aroma, not greasy at all.
It was wonderfully clean and the food was excellent. I especially liked the breakfast. If you go there, I would definitely recommend choosing a room with breakfast included.
My kids loved the pool and game room! Breakfast was good in the morning, my husband enjoyed the pancake maker while the kids loved the waffles! The hotel was very clean and smelled clean as well! It was great having a 12pm check out also!
You get what you pay for. The hotel is nice, but could use a good sprucing up. The rooms are large and have refrigerators. Staff is friendly. The indoor pool is clean - we had it to ourselves on a Friday afternoon. Breakfast area is okay - coffee isn't great - it is in a machine. It is convenient to restaurants, the outlet mall and the highway.
This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!!
We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again!
Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!
The room was nice with a nice size pool Surprisingly and clean and Bluetooth speaker inside with loud speakers in pool area and room with no sound leaving the room definitely worth it I would say I would definitely stay again I just wish they would offer better deals on this particular room but it’s worth it your paying for your own peace a mind with a private pool so honestly couldn’t have been more happier and the property outside is well maintained and neat .thank you again
Breakfast is free and hearty. Milk, oatmeal, fruit, boiled eggs, waffles, sausages, baked potatoes, scrambled eggs, bread, coffee, and a good American breakfast. The bathroom of the hotel has a large amount of bathing water, and the water from the shower is very soft, and the intensity is just right.
The hotel is located in the Amish residential area. Amish horse carriages are often seen passing by, and the surrounding idyllic farms form a unique landscape.
The environment is very good, it is in the golf course, clean and hygienic

GGuest UserI was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.
JJAKUB ANTONINot impressed, should have 3 stars at most. Terrible front desk check-in service, severely understaffed, painfully long wait times. Waited until 6pm (official check-in time is 4pm) to get a phone call about a booked room becoming available. Had to stand in 30 min line to get room keys after I was already checked-in earlier after standing in a similar line. Housekeeping couldn't keep up with cleaning as they clearly need more workers. Room was very cozy nice and clean, however the AC was a bit annoying, either freezing cold dry air at 70F or blowing hot wet air if set for 72F, shower water pressure was weak. Facilities provide only-option Valet Parking for nearly $59 per 24hrs plus Philadelphia parking tax +22.5%, Self-park multi-story parking garage across the street is same price though. Downtown Center neighborhood and across the street (7-Eleven entrance) camped by homeless people begging for change.
LL RisticJuan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.
XXiangqianxiangqianxiangqian!!!Two steps away from the city hall, the hotel building reminds me of the Pantheon in Rome. The hall has a high ceiling and the breakfast is ample. The hotel is very close to the love park and not far from the museum.
GGuest UserHotel was nice and there weren't too many people on site. We’re not the extra romantic couple, so this was a little extra for us, but we were able to spoil ourselves and relax. Breakfast was like a normal hotel complimentary breakfast buffet, but Justin served us both days and he was excellent. Spooners had many events and things to do. The bed was comfortable, however, don’t sit on the edge because you will fall, and it was sunken in the middle, so that made it a little hard to sleep in a comfortable position. Overall, great stay, great resort, and down the street from Mt. Airy Casino which was fun as well.
HHAITAOThe hotel is generally good, the rooms are large and the facilities are ok. I originally wanted to live in Hershey's Chocolate Town, but there was no good hotel choice, so I chose here 16 kilometers away. It is very quiet, there are all places for eating and shopping, and it is only 5 ~ 10 minutes by car about. We chose a relatively far away Chinese restaurant ”new china”, the taste is still good, many foreign countries order takeaway here. Breakfast is ordered, but tip is required. (We each gave 2 yuan), I hope these things can help the people living here. * In addition, the pictures of the appearance of the Ctrip homepage are wrong. They are not like the White House at all. Don't be deceived by the pictures!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a great location, right in the city center, with a beautiful church downstairs. Breakfast is not included, but there is a Starbucks downstairs. The service is terrible. I booked a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, the front desk said that there was no such room type, and they insisted on saying so. When I contacted Ctrip and waited for a reply, the front desk said that there was such a room type. It was very confusing. My check-in was delayed for almost half an hour, and I was forced to contact Ctrip via international long-distance.
GGuest UserThe folks at the resort were all friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a great place to stay; the rooms are clean as are the common areas and the room itself was spacious and (unlike most hotel rooms) will lit. The food options are plentiful so the only difficulty was deciding where to eat! The remnants of the steel mill make for an interesting setting and it was amazing to see the now abandoned rail lines heading into those old steelworks (see photo attached).
SSophie and John EmanuelsonGreat location a couple of blocks near city hall and the historical sights. Beautiful clean rooms. So close to reading market where we ate breakfast every day.
