Was here for business and attended to by the lovely Rosa during our breakfast. Very attentive and followed up on drink refills throughout breakfast and always checked in on us to ensure that the food was up to standard

Stayed for 1-night and a wonderful stopover experience as usual with Best Western. Very warm and friendly welcome from the 2 ladies at the front desk. Seeing we have luggage they gave us a room on the ground floor as there was no lift, car boot to room. Hotel was spread widely but has great WiFi cover. Room was a 2 bedder but a little tight with a misplaced dining table and 2 chairs. Otherwise well furnished with a microwave, fridge, TV and very comfortable beds with choice of pillows. Very clean too. Breakfast is great with hot food in a spacious setting. Well worth the stay and value.

We usually stay at the one in Rosslyn, one Metro stop away. However, this time we wanted a two-bedroom suite and Rosslyn did not have availability. First, the rooms. This includes two bathrooms, so it could easily be shared by two couples. The living room is compact and includes a TV, as does each bedroom. The kitchen has everything except a toaster or an oven, so a toaster-oven would be great, but hazardous, I imagine. The dining room table is comfortable for 4-5 people. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom has a tub. The room was quiet. We have yet to try more of the common areas, such as pool, laundry and gym. Breakfast is standard with plenty of seating. The front desk staff is very helpful, with directions to the nearby pharmacy and food store. The area is very safe. We did not bring a car so cannot comment on the garage.

My daughters favorite hotel on the beach - and the extra amenities for families allows me to work from the hotel if necessary - while my munchkin still has fun.. she loves the kids club even at 10 y/o and the private mini movie theater because she can go ”by herself” since I am only a few feet away. The indoor lazy river pool is a huge hit - and clean and maintained. The outdoor pool is BEACHFRONT..almost in the sand its so well located.The few times we have stayed there the staff was always above and beyond helpful. Downfalls - The A/C units could use an upgrade and the breakfast spot needs some decor upgrades but the food is REAL (not ”pretend scrambled eggs” ) and well prepared and service is good. I wouldn't consider it a ”Luxury” hotel and the seasonal prices are equal to the fancy competitors but I guess that depends on how you define luxury - my daughter would choose this hotel over the new Hilton without question.

Such a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

I’d like to begin by letting you know the lady at the front desk that checked me in was very sweet, professional, and empathetic. Even though she had to deliver bad news to me, the sting wasn’t there because of how she treated me. I was so tired that it forgot to get her name. We book a room with two double beds because we are traveling with two children. When we checked in at 11:00 PM, after driving for seven hours, I was informed they sold out of all the room types I had already paid for. They gave us a king room with a couch. I let the gal know we had two children and she said she would give extra bedding. When we got to the room, which is quite nice, the couch wasn’t at all as one would expect. It’s three modular cubes. When I picked up the extra bedding, there was enough for only one child. Thankfully we had extra blankets and pillows in our car so we could make a padded area on the floor for child #2. When it was time to sleep we realized the curtain doesn’t close, so the room became quite bright earlier in the morning than we were needing, because there weren’t the type of curtains that completely cover the window. Our bathroom door will not stay closed because it doesn’t latch. The king size bed is nice and the bedding is very nice. The drawers are spacious. We have a refrigerator, keurig coffee maker, and a microwave oven. All work perfectly. There is a space to hang up clothes and a rack above to store luggage. In anticipation of hungry children, I pre-toasted bagels before leaving home and slightly warmed them in the microwave before spreading on the cream cheese. Happy belly’s. (I know, not a healthy breakfast, but it did the job.) we brought along Go-Go Squeeze fruit purées, Danimals drinkable yogurt, and fizzy waters for snacking. We are about to check out the pool, so right now I can’t comment on that.

I especially want to point out Diamond, Larry, Carl, Melanie and Lourdes at the front desk and Johannes in housekeeping. Although I didn’t speak to any of them I also appreciate the maids who serviced our room every day. The reason I want to mention each person is because each addressed the issues we were having in a friendly, personal and professional manner. When my husband and I get to our room, we go over it to make sure anything out of place is mentioned to the front desk staff before we unpack. We found the living room chair in disrepair, a knob missing from the stovetop and the TV wasn’t working. By the time we returned to the front desk with our report, Diamond was on duty and asked if we wanted to change our room. She personally came to the second room and we told her that we preferred the first room if the items that needed addressing could be resolved. In fact, some were resolved by the time we returned to the first room. I also want to let you know that I had the best night’s sleep I’ve had in a long time! This was my first time at a Residence and my husband and I agree that we now need a reason to come back. Having a full refrigerator, free wifi, hot buffet breakfast, a fantastic and helpful staff and all the other amenities has made this our go-to for future stays in Arlington/Crystal City. I only have one suggestion to make and that is for your buffet. I know there may be safety rules involved, but a hot buffet should stay hot; one morning I was the first one there and by the time I got to my table the waffles were cold. This continued the next days for the pancakes and french toast. If there’s a problem with keeping a flame under each tray, may I recommend you put one or two small microwaves in or immediately outside the buffet area.

I showed the confirmation email from 5 months ago and was told all of the rooms like I booked were full and someone had changed my reservation and should have notified me but didn’t. My options were to take the 2 queen room I had, go back to the king suite, or wait over an hour for the manager to arrive and try to get a refund since we already hacked in. We decided to make the king suite work because it’s wasn’t going to be easy to find a new hotel and we were tired after an 11 hour drive. For the last 3 nights of our stay the people in the room above us were constantly stomping on the floor for hours. Our last night we finally had enough because we couldn’t get our 18 month old to sleep so we called the front desk. We have loved the Peaks of Otter Lodge for a quiet getaway for many years. The room was very comfortable with good amenities. We first started coming in the '1980s and '90s when the Lodge offered a winter special featuring breakfast and dinner included in the price of the stay. Back then, the food at the Lodge's restaurant was prepared and cooked on site, and the restaurant was very popular and well-known around the area for its excellent food. In recent years, however, ownership of the restaurant changed and the food has never been the same. The food tastes like it's prepackaged and merely heated up at the restaurant, and the menu prices are very high for the quality of the food being offered. In spite of the sub-par food, the wait staff was excellent, and the dining room offers a beautiful view of the lake and Sharp Top Mountain. Overall, I recommend staying at the lodge if you're wanting a peaceful respite in a beautiful setting. But you may want to make the 15 minute trip to the nearby town of Bedford for your meals.

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening after a day of traveling. The young woman at the front desk was not particularly friendly and when we asked for a double bed, she quite briskly said “no”. She gave us a room on the first floor. That night we could barely sleep. Our room was a door away from a backway exit from the hotel. At all hours of the night, people were walking by, speaking loudly, laughing uncontrollably and banging doors continuously. It is not a hotel’s fault that so many people are inconsiderate of others, but in the morning we were exhausted. I went to the front desk, and there was a different young lady there who in the most professional and courteous manner changed our room to the third floor. We had absolutely excellent remainder of our stay. I have to say that she has been most helpful throughout our stay, helping us with replenishing supplies and providing excellent service…I wish I asked her for her name so I could praise her in a more personal manner. There are a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The highway is conveniently close. Great location. Overall very good stay.

In a world where many hotel chains use COVID or being green as an excuse to save money, I am happy to report that the Westin Dulles rose above my expectations. Much to my surprise, I did not find a green excuse flyer on my pillow to explain why my room could not be cleaned while I was out. Too many hotels use either ecology or COVID-19 as an excuse to set low expectations for customer service. The Westin Dulles is the first hotel that truly delivered on its commitment to customer service. They cleaned my room to spotless perfection while I was out on business. And when I came back I had clean towels and a freshly made bed to sleep in. Westin elevated their brand by doing what used to be expected. Our bar was lowered by COVID-19. However, Westin still cares enough to overcome the challenges facing the hospitality industry. Well done Westin! Gratefully, Gary

The hotel is very clean and there customer service is above and beyond they contacted my phone to ask if I needed anything there amenities are amazing and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a get away or someone looking to treat there partner to a night out ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I stayed here for three nights while attending training. Hotel room was quiet and clean. Water was nice and hot if needed. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, professional, and nice. The hotel is right next to the interstate but was fairly quiet on the inside. Could hear a little car traffic and air traffic noise but was nothing loud enough to bother me. One thing the hotel did not have that I wish it did was a pool and hot tub. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

The staff at this hotel was very kind. The rooms were clean and nice. The hallways were super dark which I didn’t like. The rooms seem like they got updated within the past few years but the bathrooms definitely need to be updated still. The alarm clock was extremely bright and kept me up most of the night. I didn’t realize that I could dim it until the next morning. The pillows are horrible, I suggest bringing your own unless you want to sink into the pillow all night. But I would give it another try if we were ever in the area again.

Room was clean and modern with sufficient USB ports to charge all devices. Food choices across the street. My only complaint was that at my Saturday afternoon check-in I had arranged for a 2 p.m. Sunday late check-out as I had a morning activity. I returned from my activity at noon, went to my 4th floor room to discover my key had been deactivated. I then had to go back down to the desk for them to tell me my key was automatically deactivated at 11 a.m. even though their system did show I had arranged for a late checkout. I'm not sure if this is a system problem or a human one.

The room is large, the environment is good, the value for money is good, it is close to the airport, parking at the hotel costs 30 dollars per night, and the rest of the services are very good

Stayed two nights for business meeting held at the hotel. Service is very good, the rooms are updated and very clean, and the location is very convenient to the Metro via underground shopping center walkways. It's one stop from the airport, and just ac ross the river from the Capitol Mall. There is currently lots of construction which is noisy, and the usual traffic and airport noise is also noticeable. Ear plugs greatly improve the sleeping experience - without and you'll likely have issues. The heat/AC is also very loud - I turned mine off at night. There is an easy to access recreational trail for running or using rental bikes.

The view is very good, you can see the airport, subway and railway, as well as Capitol Hill in the distance. Convenient transportation, there is a free shuttle bus to the airport. The restaurant tasted very good. The place where we ate 7 meals in the restaurant for three nights was that the elevator always had a weird smell of rotten leaves. We had to hold our breath in and out. No improvement during the stay and the room cleaning was sloppy.

The rooms here are comfortable and I like the modern decor and features in the room & bath...the shower is wonderful. Since my stay was during the pandemic, the services had been reduced but there was a morning coffee service that helped get the day going. I also appreciated the on-site laundry room. The machines in the gym were equipped with individual t.v. monitors. The hotel also has a shuttle to national airport. The best part of the hotel is the excellent/friendly service you receive from the staff. The only recommendation I would make would be to inform guests about dining options since the hotel could not provide anything b/c of covid. A few take-out menus or a list of nearby options (even if just posted in the lobby) would be helpful.

Okay so let's start with the location, perfect, perfect! Restaurants, breakfast, smoothie shop, CVS, even the AMC theater all in walking distance. Damn good burger is a must.The smoothie shop a must! There's a grocery store across the hotel. I mean a second away. There's a dog park and bike rentals across the street. I don't have a dog but I walked the park, really clean. The hotel is clean and I'm OCD about cleanliness!! Very clean, room 202 (2 beds) is ridiculously big. I didn't expect that. Further away from elevator, so very quiet but the hotel was never really loud. You have to ask for towels if your not choosing service during your stay. I was fine with it. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the room. Coffee in lobby as well, but make it before 10am or it's just hot water with tea options. Again room was too clean. But 202 had a view of the hotel grounds basically, if you dont mind. I wasnt there for views. Parking, okay so there is hotel parking for $18 a day in a garage, not bad. We choose the street pay to park option and always found a spot. After five days our parking total was $17.14. It worked out for us. Pool is open weekdays 5pm to 10pm with a life guard. Really nice jacuzzi too. Weekends its 10am to 10pm I believe. The pool is long and slim, not big, not deep but clean and nice to have. Breakfast I never had it, always went out to eat, I'm a foodie. If you have the time try Milk & Honey 30 min, but it's a quick ride. Also try Della J's Delectables. Again hotel is clean, the hallways are cold, ac is on, but rather not be hot. You control temp in room. Wifi is free, didn't use it. TV is nice, kids watched it mostly. Lobby is nice and decorative. Bar was busy and open until 10pm. The hotel desk, Jose was very nice. Everyone was pleasant not very talkative, hello and bye, helped promptly when needed. I would stay here a million times over!

The staff is so kind and helpful. Kyan helped me with essentials when the airline lost my luggage. The whole team made sure I had a great experience. At the hotel restaurant I had amazing service from Ben and the rest of the bar team. I appreciate all their efforts to solve my travel issues.

The hotel staff was not only professional but very very kind. The facilities were clean and they had no problem assisting with additional asks. I needed a vase for flowers I received and came back to my choice of two different ones. From the front desk to the valet (whom were exceptional) I was more than happy with my stay. I love Trip.com!

Stayed at the Rosslyn Residence Inn for two weeks beginning of March with my daughter when she was there for a conference/training with the Foreign Service Corps. The staff were excellent and made us feel at home... checking in every day to see if we needed anything and that we were comfortable. Ruth at the FD always had a smiling greeting for us as well as most of the other FD personnel. Meaza managed our room beautifully. Mr. George in maintenance was also a pleasant figure around the hotel as he went about his daily tasks. The area is great for walking with some excellent 'other nations' restaurants around within a few blocks. Certainly Enjoyed some delicious food for the two weeks. The monuments in DC were only a 5-10 min ride from the hotel....directly across the river. the only downside was that the bedroom in the suite was very small.....just big enough for the queen bed which looked more like a full. However no problem....would stay here again

Mr. George in maintenance was also a pleasant figure around the hotel as he went about his daily tasks. The area is great for walking with some excellent 'other nations' restaurants around within a few blocks. Certainly Enjoyed some delicious food for the two weeks. The monuments in DC were only a 5-10 min ride from the hotel....directly across the river. the only downside was that the bedroom in the suite was very small.....just big enough for the queen bed which looked more like a full. However no problem....would stay here again
