Hotels With Spa in Samarkand Region, Uzbekistan

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

A great option for a stay in Samarkand. The Registan is a 15-20-minute walk away. There's a cafe serving Samarkand pilaf next door. The rooms are spacious and there's a spa area with a small pool, hammam, and sauna. However, the sauna and hammam weren't very hot.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great, just about a 10-minute walk to Registan, with a few restaurants and stores nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even helping us get things delivered that we couldn't find on Yandex. They have cold beer available as well, which is a really great bonus in a place like Uzbekistan. Their sauna and cold pool were lovely and clean and an amazing way to detox the body during the hot summer days. Will definitely return to stay here on my next trip to Samarkand!!

Unexpected hotel, very new, facilities in all aspects are new feeling, hotel service attitude is also good, but originally said in advance to help pack breakfast in the morning and put the refrigerator in the end did not see the arrangement.

We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. AC truly kept us cool during summer heat. Breakfast buffet had varieties of Uzbek food. Overall, we had a great stay.

Great location, but this hotel was a bit of a weird experience. We stayed for one night. It was fine for one night. I felt more like I was staying at a hotel than at my aunt's, who wasn't very friendly and was a bit arrogant for no apparent reason. The atmosphere was just right, a hint of cool, but very bourgeois. There were no lamps or switches near the bed; you had to go to the door, turn off the light, and then return to bed in pitch darkness. Breakfast was edible, but it was in the basement. It was very cold there. The coffee wasn't tasty, the pancakes were excellent, but the tablecloths were really dirty. Overall, it was okay to spend the night; it wasn't exactly bad, but I'd advise the owners of this hotel to stay at other hotels to understand how things work and apply them to their own.

Nice room and varied breakfast buffet. Great Spa area with pool, sauna and hamam. The aircon in our room unfortunately was quite loud, blasting at full force, and it wasn’t possible to adjust it or turn it down. We gave feedback and they said they would send a technician to fix it while we were out, but the issue remained. Overall a pleasant stay.

I stayed for one night on Samarkand sightseeing. Amenities are also substantial. The room is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious. There are convenience stores, and I think it is perfect for sightseeing.
