Hotels With spa in Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan

The hotel is located at a newer developing part of Tashkent, Yangi O'zbekiston. It takes about 40mins to head to town centre via Yandex. Room size is nice and it is our first time to central asia for a tournament hence we had to stayed at the area which is across the Tashkent's Olympic Park The surrounding area has a huge park and the compound has about 5 or 6 more hotels too. Breakfast is always full in the morning peak time (7-8am) and the server/waiter was very helpful seeing that we are not from the region. The spread is interesting although small choices with their local cuisine as the main and some salad & cheese available. Overall stay is pretty good, helpful reception but just far from the centre. *also a note: the address on the hotel namecard seems to be always mistaken as one of the location in town. We were sent wrongly twice to that location which looks like a back road. The address on Google was alright. This was keyed in by mall reception desk / eateries as we are unable to download and use the Yandex app without the local number. People around are generally very helpful and kind and friendly.

Our family was looking for a place on the southeastern slope of Charvak reservoir to escape the heat. Lake Charvak Resort was perfect for us. The resort is newly built, and the views are the best on the lake, especially around sunset. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, the beds were soft and comfortable, the Sunday breakfast buffet was delicious, and we couldn’t pull our kids away from the pool – but, again, the view is unmatched. Burchmulla village sits at the inflow of the Chatkal river, out and away from most of the crowds, and the people are incredibly friendly. There are a few beach accesses around Burchmulla and Yakkatut to get down to the water, but we were happy to lounge around the resort’s pool and retreat into the air conditioning. We’d certainly recommend it.

We stayed in the spring—April was the perfect month. We stayed in a superior chalet for 6 people. The chalet has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower and heated floors. There's a large fireplace room with a kitchen and access to the terrace. There's also a guest bathroom. The chalet's furnishings are very well thought out and functional. The hotel grounds are large and beautiful. Cars are available for hire from reception. You can drive to your destination within the hotel grounds. The breakfast is varied and delicious. There's a guide for hiking along the mountain trails. There are many local activities, so this is truly an all-season resort. The rest—the mountains, the air, the nature—no comment.

The hotel is simply amazing!!! Quiet, well-kept, the territory is large and green. The views are breathtaking, the rooms are beautiful, clean, large (only the air conditioning needs to be adjusted, otherwise it hardly cooled). The pool is warm and clean, the saunas are excellent. The breakfasts are delicious on the top floor of the building with a panoramic view of the mountains. Special thanks to the coffee barista - delicious coffee! Yes, the road to it for a walk is difficult (uphill), but a taxi costs pennies, the same Yandex arrives quickly, and from there to the main road 2 minutes, where there are cafes and shops. I will gladly return to this hotel again.

At first they charged me 2 times of room rent then we clear it next day, hotel is clean and breakfast was delicious but room service not good we put signs of make up room for all the day while we was out of room but they didn’t clean, my international sim was not working in hotel due no covarge but wifi was strong the what help me to stay connected

Rest in the hotel from 11 to 12 June. The hotel is located on the mountain slope.There is no possibility to go to the reservoir.The castle is closed to the castle, as the hotel is under construction, self-castalling and other construction equipment, round dust.There is no information about this. The hotel itself is beautiful, lots of greens and roses. There are 2 adults and 2 children's pools. Living in the standard room.There are all the things.There is a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Breakfast is very good , served in a restaurant on the third floor(shower) with a view to the reservoir. There is no infrastructure nearby. We went to dinner in the roadside institutions towards Charvak , about 1.5 km. Service is good, all issues are resolved instantly. A lot of families with children.

The house is of course a bit expensive for two, but for a company or a family it is wonderful! Comfortable mattresses, a large kitchen, a cozy living room with a fireplace, a cauldron outside, gazebos, swings, well-groomed green grass. In the room there are robes, blankets, slippers. In the kitchen there is a large refrigerator, a kettle, tea. However, there were almost no dishes. True, after a call from the restaurant they immediately brought us glasses, cutlery and bowls for making salad. There is no alcohol in the restaurant, and drinking it on the territory is prohibited, but inside the house you can. Food was also delivered to the room very quickly. The dishes were pretentious, edible, but did not cause delight. Breakfast was wonderful. The atmosphere, the view from the windows, the quality of the food, the service. In general, everything was wonderful with the service. The staff is very friendly and tries. In the heat, you can swim in the beautiful outdoor pool. Only the water is very cold. We did not have time to go to the spa. From the photos it looks good. The territory of the hotel is small, but very well-groomed. View of the mountains and Charvak, but there is no direct access to the reservoir, and at the end of April there was almost no water in it. Overall, we liked everything very much. Such a peaceful oasis among old villages and dusty roads. We would be happy to stay again.

The hotel is generally good, but there are a lot of shortcomings, given the cost. The restaurant service is very slow. We lived on the 3rd floor in a two-room room. When cleaning the bed room, no refill. Water is filled on a bottle per person correctly. The biggest claim to the toilet. On the first day, a lot of small cockroaches (about 10 pieces) were found in the toilet and on the floor!!!! They were able to break, someone washed into the toilet. The mood from the threshold was damaged. The remaining three days were spent in fear of bringing the cockroaches home in suitcases. The toilet can serve a boiler. It is very unpleasant when washing. In the shower, it is almost impossible to adjust water (in 3 days we never managed) - the temperature of water can vary from ice to boiling water. It is impossible to wash quietly. Another problem - on the door of the shower inside there is no pen and to close it, it is necessary to excavate, putting the finger into a small hole in the glass door (the men managed to do it hard - their fingers in this hole didn't get through). . Another huge problem is Wifi. It is completely untracked TV that only works from the Internet. Usually we don't need a TV and of course, but it was New Year's night and holidays. It was necessary to connect the TV to its mobile Internet. . The mattresses on the beds are very hard. It's like sleeping on naked boards. They wandered without sleep at midnight. I don't recommend sitting on the bed with a scale - a chip can be damaged. . The teapot in the room is, but the rope is so short that it is impossible to stir it on the table - you have to wear a teapot on a bedside cup. no teapots and a couple of pieces of cooking. Where to get it? There is a paid coffee machine on the recession, but it accepts payment only with Uz-cards. Visa passes. . In a room for 4 people there is only one chair and one hanger per person in the closet.
