Wonderful hotel, clean room, comfortable beds, and the view from the window was magnificent! The buffet breakfasts were absolutely delicious. There's also a shuttle service every hour to Mandela Square (where there's a large shopping mall) and back.

My husband arrived early at the hotel (7am) , tired and exhausted after a long flight and staff were not helpful with getting him into the room atleast a little earlier than the check-in time or offered any other available room , he was told to wait until 2pm to check into his room . Also , he asked for a halal meal when calling room service and they just told him they don’t have anything , instead of offering an alternative . I really hope that in future , the service of this hotel would be more helpful .

Very safe hotel, good location and free car parking. Don’t get out of the hotel at night you have everything inside the hotel.

The hotel lobby is on the 13th floor, and the surrounding security is also good. The room view is excellent, and the breakfast is great. It's also very good value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

We made use of the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. The drivers were helpful and friendly. This is a great value-added service. We were welcomed at reception by friendly staff. We were helped to our rooms. The rooms are modern, functional, and comfortable. We went to the 6th floor for dinner. The restaurant and bar there is called Level Seven. The staff there told us it was a privately owned restaurant and bar. We sat in the bar and ordered food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The only good thing about the food that night was that the fries were awesome and seasoned well. Breakfast the next morning in the main restaurant on the ground floor was exceptional—friendly staff and really good food. Overall, a great stay, let down unfortunately by the food at Level Seven.

We simply chose a convenient hotel for a transfer between flights. And we were not mistaken: free transfer from the airport, creative design, the entire territory is fragrant with flowers, a heated pool, very comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff. Special thanks to the driver Tonny, who literally saved our trip. We were stuck in a traffic jam in a taxi. Tonny not only delivered our luggage to the airport, which helped save precious time, but also coordinated the actions of our taxi driver over the phone so that we would not miss each other. Only thanks to him we made it to the flight. Thank you very much!

The environment is very good, suitable for traveling and romantic lovers. If you don’t mind less choice in dining, it’s perfect...

Always love staying at the Piazza. Great buffet breakfast, great rooms and easy access straight into Monte Casino. It’s also half an hour away from the airport ( give or take considering traffic), so keep that in mind when you got a flight to catch the next day 😉

Everything was Good. Pick up from the airport in a free shuttle every 30 minutes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Room small but neat, Good for just 1 night. For longer I would have choosen a larger room with a fridge. Nice facilities on the premises for eating out and shopping. Interesting exhibition on the history of democracy in SA.
